Nice Hotel with the exception of two items: (1) No shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom supplies !!, and (2) No room heating (it gets chilly by night sometimes in Paris by the end of September) !!.

Rooms are very dated and small. Shower drain was not working, no ventilation and paint was peeling off everywhere. The outside of the hotel and the lobby looked very promising but the basic room is a disaster. I could have overlooked some of the dated stuff but the concierge had a major attitude. I made this hotel as a last minute from hotel.com and my husband and I really love this hotel. The location was a little further than I thought to some attractions but the train was right there and was very easy to get to all the things we wanted to see. The shopping mall is connected to hotel so that was great. The view from our room and top floor […] was fantastic. The only downside is they were remodeling the bar lounge so it was closed but they did have a few seats outside and you could get a drink. I did find it odd that the same drink down in lobby was cheaper than the same drink on top floor bar. At matter of fact it was double on most all of the drinks. Not sure, why but I guess they charged for the view. But overall I would highly recommend this place. The room was great and clean and location wasn't bad as close to train. I would stay here again! I cannot say enough about this hotel. It is perfect. The staff, the rooms, the restaurants....everything is perfect. Okay, there was one problem. The minibar in my room was not stocked, so I figured that the minibar in our grandchildren's room was also not stocked. Wrong! Even when I told them that the items in minibars were expensive, they still ate […] and drank their way through $85.00 worth of chocolate bars and Cokes. We will never take them on another vcation, but we will always stay at Hotel Concorde La Fayette. I think there should be locks on those minibars. Au revoir! Read more

We stayed at the Hotel Concorde La Fayette and we were pleasantly surprised. Its nearest station is Porte Maillot about a 3 minute walk from the hotel, thus providing quick and easy access on the metro to all main areas. If you want to see paris a bit more like we did, you can easily take the bus 82 which, again, is about a two minute walk from the […] hotel and goes to some of the main sights like Tour Eiffel and Hotel Les Invalides without taking a long time - about 15 minutes by bus. The Arc Du Triomphe is also about a ten minute walk as well as the Champs Elysees. Overall, the location of this hotel is absolutely perfect if you don't mind taking transport or walking for about 10/15/20 minutes to some of the sights. We had a hotel room on the 22nd room which had a beautiful view - unfortunately though we asked for a view of the Tour Eiffel beforehand, when we got to the hotel we were told in order to get the view we need to pay 22 euros per person and after much deliberation we decided not to pay for that view. So just be aware of the fact that you will have to pay extra for it. We instead nevertheless had a lovely view of the Sacre Coeur, which especially during the evenings, looked absolutely beautiful. The numerous receptionists and the concierge were on hand to help with any information that we needed such as how to get to sights and were very professional and friendly - definitely very pleased with their attitude. The hotel is situated next to a mall centre which has a lot of shops and supermarkets so it is very convenient. I will say however, that I did think t was a little on the expensive side but as I stayed for two nights only, I did not mind in the slightest. Overall, I was extemely happy with this hotel and if ever I go away to Paris, this will be the hotel that I will go back to. I would seriously recommend this hotel to anybody and I hope the customer satisfaction will be the same for anybody who goes there as it was for me. Read more

2013年5月4日、５日の２泊。32階　禁煙のクラブルーム　チェックイン時、フロントの年配の女性の要領が悪く、パスポートの氏名が結婚で裏書になっているのに、旧姓で検索するから予約が無いと言うだの、３３階喫煙フロアーにされて部屋の変更をしてもらうだのありましたが、クレームに対する対応は早く、ホテルマンは概ね皆感じ良かったです。立地は、１号線の地下鉄に直結したコンファレンスホール（地下はショッピングフロア）と直結（朝７時～夜１０時半）していて便利。ただ、ちょっとした買い物とか、観光地には地下鉄に乗ってゆかないとなりません。クラブルームは値段のわりに、お得でした。空港バスもホテルレストランのドアから３０秒のところにあり、タクシーだと空港まで７０ユーロはしますが、バスは１人１７ユーロでした。リピート […] ありです。 Read more

5月１日と２日、4日と５日の４泊しました。4月の下旬にコンコルドラファイエットから、ハイアットリージェンシーに名前が変更になっており、タクシーで到着した時には、別のホテルに連れて行かれたのかとドキドキ。３２階のクラブフロアでしたが、ハイアットになってからクラブフロアーの朝食を充実させたようで、果物やパンが美味しかった。対応は、男性は比較的良いけれど、年配の女性はう～んという感じでした。でも、全体的に皆、親切でした。場所はビジネスの中心なので、買い物や観光は地下鉄に乗って行きますが、１号線で１０分ほどでシャンゼリゼなので不便ではないです。空港バスもホテルの近くから出ているので、便利。

家族三人で二部屋を予約しました。国際学会場に隣接する会議参加者の便宜を考えたホテルなので、部屋は日本のビジネスホテルよりやや広めで清潔。ウォシュレットはありませんが日本並みのハンドヘルドシャワーが有り難かったと思います。地下鉄までブティックが連なる地下道があり、土産物まで揃うスーパー、Paulのパン屋さん、カフェもあって便利です。地下道が長いけれどもウインドウショッピングを楽しみながらなので気になりません。サントノーレ街やオペラ座、デパートも地下鉄で行けますし、買い物で荷物が増えたら一度ホテルに戻ることも可能です。二日間乗り放題の地下鉄チケットは重宝しました。豪華さを求めなければ文句なしのお勧めです。ホテル内のダイニングルームのオニオンスープはお勧めで、これだけでも十分夕食になります。ペンネ […] は量が多すぎて一人前を三人でも食べきれませんでした。 Read more

Fint hotell med sentalø beliggenhet, spesielt dersom du reiser med Ryanair til Beauvais flyplass. Genialt med shuttlebuss som stopper rett utenfor hotellet. Hotellet ligger vegg-i-vegg med kjøpesenter, som igjen har utgang til metrostasjonen Porte Maillot. Vi var i Disneyland to dager, og med kun en overgang fra metro til tog var dette veldig enkelt. […] Hotellrommet var litt slitt, og da vi ankom var det ikke vasket på badet (forrige gjest hadde ikke dratt opp etter seg, og doen var full av ting man ikke vil se). 以前、仕事でフランスに来た上司が宿泊したホテルとして名前を記憶していた為、ここを利用しました。地下鉄の駅も近く、空港へのバスの停留所もあるようで、立地は非常に良いと思います。部屋は清潔感があり、ベットの寝心地も良かったです。フランスでは当たり前のようですが、シャワーのお湯の量が少ないことと、歯ブラシが無かったことが個人的な欠点です。

クラブルームを予約した。部屋は広くはないが清潔。しかし、4月上旬でまだ寒いのにかかわらず、空調は冷房。温かくすることができず母は風邪をひくはめに。ホテルに温かくするようにおねがいすると、エンジニアが部屋に来て直していったが全く変わらず、また問い合わせると、今直したので30分待てとのこと。しかし、その後1時間たっても冷たい風が出っぱなしで、もう一度問い合わせるとさらに1時間待てと・・・。結局夜中になっても直らず、その間冷房がついた状態。その日も寒くて寝れませんでした。次の日にやっと部屋を変わることができました。非常に対応が悪かった。

Lite sjarmererende service, men dette er jo Frankrike, så i forhold til resten av Paris var det bra. Hotellet fremstår som et Internasjonalt hotel med god kvalitet. Det mangler det hjemmekoselige, men beligenheten er meget bra og servicen fungerer selvom den som sagt er lite sjarmerende, men dette er vel heller et Fransk/Paris problem.
