Hotel lobby is lovely. Rooms are a bit dated and coud use new cartpeting, but otherwise clean. Asked for a king size bed upon check-in and we got 2 twins pushed together, but very comfortable beds. Upon entering the lobby you think you have reserved a four star room. Once you are in the room it's a whole different story. Peeling walls, no outlet or hairdryer in bathroom. Crazy water temp variation while you are showering. Toilets that run, the room was totally outdated not in a good French classic way. The bed was hard as a rock. I will never […] stay here again. "Very attractive and well located classical hotel"
The lobby is beautifully classical, as is the rest of the hotel. The elevators and modern and fast, and the bathroom have been updated. The level of service from the multilingual staff was excellent: efficient, courteous, and cheerful. The two rooms we had were small (it's Paris), but well laid out. The one one the 4th "etage" was a bit cramped for […] two, but the one on the "1er etage" was extremely comfortable for a 7 day stay. The flat screen TV worked fine, and had cable news in English and various other languages. Regular TV programming was only in French. Avoid the minibar, room service, and clothes cleaning when possible, as they are extremely expensive. The hotel restaurant, on the other hand, is moderately priced. Hotel is showing its age, built in 1900,s but appears well maintained, and surprisingly, every thing worked with out having to knock or bang it. Hotellets entré och första intryck ger toppbetyg, därefter gick det mest utför. Det fylldes inte på med rena handdukar trots att de tagit några till tvätt. När vi ringde efter fler tog det en timma innan någon kom och lämnade dem. Sängen var 140 cm bred i ett dubbelrum, oerhört hård. ラファイエット、プランタン、オペラの空港バス停に至近。1階ホールは豪華、フロントスタッフは親切。朝食は美味しく、量も種類も豊富。 残念だったのは、浴槽の栓が壊れていて、フロントに改善を求めたのに、改善されることもなく理由の説明もなく、別室への移動のオファーもなかったこと。また、ティーセット(ケトル含む)が有料、ティーバッグの補充はいい加減、マグカップがベッドメイク後になくなる(連絡したら持ってきてくれたが)など、ルームサービス関係の質は、スタッフも含め、ホテルのランクにしては著しく低かった。 部屋に恵まれなかっただけと思いたいが、期待を裏切られた部分が多かった。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

３人で１部屋利用しました。 お部屋はとってもきれいで、ゴージャスさを味わえます。エクストラベッドが入ったので少し狭くはなりましたが、大きな不便は感じませんでした。 掃除等も行き届いており、サービス面においても満足です。 欲を言えば、シャワーのお湯が熱すぎて適温調整が難しかったのと、バスルームに換気扇がなく窓を開けなければならなかったのが不便でした。 日本人の利用者も多く、ロビーには必ず日本の方がいらっしゃいました。 駅の側で場所も便利なところにあり、おすすめできます。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

2011年10月4日晚十一点半入住Concorde Opera Paris，乘出租车到酒店，街上比较冷清，到达酒店门口，没有门童迎接，我和妻子携带了三个行李箱，有两只很沉，进酒店需要上台阶，我使了很大力气才将行李搬进酒店，前台大厅很古典，漂亮，就是在hotels.com看的大厅照片才选的该酒店，前台服务还好，白天有中文店员，酒店位置很好，有很多线地铁，还有旅游观光巴士，离老佛爷和春天百货非常近，步行五分钟即到，酒店设施有点旧，门厅呈列的摆设有很多灰，离店时行李员省力拖着就下台阶了，总之，收费和服务不符。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

駅側なので煩いかと思いましたが、騒音の問題はありませんでした。地下鉄の便が良いこと。デパートに徒歩で行けるのは良かったです。 マイナス面は、たくさんありますが、部屋の清掃が不十分であったこと。7泊しましたが、掃除機は一度もかけられた形跡がありませんでした。こちらからいちいち注文しないと、タオルやコップなど人数分（家族3人分）揃わなかった。コップも余程よごれていないと交換していかない。トイレットペーパーもなくなりそうでも、予備を置いておかないので、いちいち電話しないといけなかった。 日本のホテルと比較してはいけないのでしょうか・・・・？Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Concorde Opera Paris is a nice hotel to see around Paris. My wife and I stayed at a “Deluxe Room twin beds” at a reasonable room rate for eight nights from 1 March through 9 March 2011. The hotel is next to Saint Lazare railroad station and is convenient for us to take subways bound for any place in Paris. 英語が堪能で親切なサービス。ゴージャスなエントランスロビー。華やかなイメージは正にパリといったところでしょうか。 ただし日本人が慣れ親しんだアメニティ類や部屋の設備などは十分では無い。長期滞在する際には持参が良いと感じます。周辺の治安も良いとは言えないので、夜間の外出は控えた方が良いでしょう。 各種アクセスは良く、どこへ観光へ行くにも便利。 他の格安ホテルでは何かと不安を感じるなら、これぐらいのグレードのホテルを利用するのが良いと感じます。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Empfangshalle und Hotelgebäude sehr schön und aufwendig gestaltet, Zimmer jedoch stark renovierungsbedürftig und nicht dem Komfort eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels entsprechend; alter, schmutziger Teppichboden, Schimmel in Dusche und Bad, Bad insgesamt alt und eher einfach gehalten. "コンコルド オペラ パリ 期待はずれでした・・"
口コミでも評判が良かったので、部屋もデラックスにして楽しみにしていましたが、４星というにはお粗末なホテルでした。 特に、今回はホテルの真後ろの駅で大工事をしていて、昼間のみならず夜通し取り壊し工事をしていて、粉塵は俟っていて窓は開けられないし、夜中の騒音がひどくて（工事現場の人が犬を連れていて、その吼え声も煩かったです。）、かなりひどかったです。 また、７泊したうちの１日は部屋に戻ると窓が開けっ放しで、机の上のピクルスの瓶の蓋が空いていて、気持ち悪かったです。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Detta hotell har nog passerat sin absoluta peak, men är fortfarande ett topphotell. Vi blev väldigt väl bemötta, alla tre barnen fick presenter vid incheckningen. Frukosten för 28Euro motsvarande inte riktigt priset. Frukosten serverades i röriga fd konferensrum, inte i någon tjusig matsal som vi förväntade oss. "FAMILIA ESPAÑOLA 5 MIEMBROS"
En lineas generales estancia muy satisfactoria. Muy buena ubicación al lado de la Opera y los Grandes almacenes. Estacion de metro contigua. Personal amable y hablando español ( no habitual en Francia) Nos asignaron dos habitaciones comunicadas lo cual fue un acierto al viajar con niños.
