Upon entering the lobby you think you have reserved a four star room. Once you are in the room it's a whole different story. Peeling walls, no outlet or hairdryer in bathroom. Crazy water temp variation while you are showering. Toilets that run, the room was totally outdated not in a good French classic way. The bed was hard as a rock. I will never […] stay here again. ロビーはきれいなのですが、部屋はボロボロでした。 絨毯は不潔で、壁は剥がれていて、 もちろん、コーヒーや紅茶が飲めるポット等ありませんでした。 一番いやだったのが、”Do Not Disturb”の紙をドアに掛けてあるにも関わらず、しょっちゅう従業員がノック１回で返事もないのに、部屋に勝手に入って来たことです。 駅前で便利でしたが、外で喧嘩をしている声が響き、セキュリティも良くないと思いました。 本当に四つ星なのでしょうか？Genuine Expedia guest review

"BAD EXPERIENCE - PÉSSIMA EXPERIENCIA"
Hotel Concorde Opera Paris: tivemos uma pessima estadia. As malas foram arrombadas no apartamento da minha filha. Foram roubados varios objetos inclusive note book , IPad e dinheiro. Fizemos ocorrencia policial. O Hotel nos reembolsou as malas e os eletronicos, mas a péssima experiencia ficou em nossa memoria. NAO RECOMENDO We had a bad stay. The suitcases […] were broken into the apartment of my daughter. Various objects were stolen including note book , IPad and money. We did police occurrence . ラファイエット、プランタン、オペラの空港バス停に至近。1階ホールは豪華、フロントスタッフは親切。朝食は美味しく、量も種類も豊富。 残念だったのは、浴槽の栓が壊れていて、フロントに改善を求めたのに、改善されることもなく理由の説明もなく、別室への移動のオファーもなかったこと。また、ティーセット(ケトル含む)が有料、ティーバッグの補充はいい加減、マグカップがベッドメイク後になくなる(連絡したら持ってきてくれたが)など、ルームサービス関係の質は、スタッフも含め、ホテルのランクにしては著しく低かった。 部屋に恵まれなかっただけと思いたいが、期待を裏切られた部分が多かった。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Für alle die ein paar schöne Tage in Paris erleben wollen ist es der zentrale Ausgangspunkt zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Ob ein Besuch im Montmatre ( Sacre Cour) oder ein Sparziergang auf der Champs Ellysées, zum Louvre sind vom Hotel aus auch mühelos zu Fuß erreichbar. […] Ein Tipp für Gäste welche am Flughafen CDG ankommen. Nehmen Sie den Roissybus in die City und nicht die RER Bahn.
