Room is nice, clean and fairly large. The balcony is a good extra. But we waited an hour in the room for our luggage to be delivered, but no one ever... showed up. I went down stair and no one knows where our luggage was. Final someone took me to the back room and found our luggage. Room was very comfortable with plenty of room by Paris standards. Hotel staff was very helpful. All spoke English quite well. Concierge provided very good restaurant suggestions and sightseeing help. Location is in a quiet location but within an easy walk of restaurants and shopping.

This is a beautiful small hotel with elegant decor and tasteful finishes. Our room was small but lovely with a spotless modern bathroom. We could get anywhere via metro easily and found the conscierge extremely knowledgable and helpful. The Hotel D'Astorg will make your trip to Paris enjoyable and quite special.

Overall, we were happy with the hotel and would stay again. location very handy and 2 min walk to Metro. The room was huge, by parisian standards. We travelled with our 3 and 5 year olds, and had an extra bed and a sofa bed for each child. The common areas and restaurant were a bit posh for kids, but they didn't flinch when we showed up.

Breakfast in the dining room was a wide selection, and of good quality. Hotellets läge är bra och i mysiga kvarter. Kändes OK att gå här i kvarteren på kvällen. Det är gångavstånd till tunnel banna/pendeltåg. Vi gick till Triumfbågen från hotellet. Det var hyggelig betjening, rolig og koselig atmosfære, ikke stivt eller overlegent. God og riklig frokost. Vi fikk noen restaurant anbefalinger av hotellet som ikke var bra. Bommet helt på hva […] vi spurte etter og satte en liten demper på oppholdet. A surprisingly pleasant stay. The staff is speaking English and is very service minded, always with a smile. We had a Deluxe room with an extra bed for our 10 Years old child. The room was large and the cleaning service excellent. We will use this Hotel again on our next stay in Paris.

It took 10mins to walk to subway, quite quiet at night for walking back to hotel and actually no room for 4 people. They only provided 1 soft bed (not enough for 2 childeren for sleeping together)and put 2 beds to form a queen bed (not comfortable). Not suitalbe for family but ok for couple. The room is big, clean and the service is ok.

Good hotel according to the Paris central area (walking distance from Operà, etc.). Price in line with a central hotel in a big city such as Paris. Just to be careful at the final check out. I found a diet coke in the Credit Card details I never consumed. I called back the hotel and complained.

Ved ankomst var nærmest hele gaten sperret av av sikkerhetsfolk. Det bodde mange diplomater på hotellet da vi var der og vi følte oss nesten litt "important" der vi gikk mellom fintfolk og vakter. Hotellet har meget høflig service og man blir møtt av en picolo. Pass på å ta 3-5 Euro klare i veksel til picoloen som hjelper deg med bagasjen.
