I would recommend the hotel if you want a quaint French Chateau with very polite & gracious hosts, and lots of intriguing knick knacks. The hotel is a little tired, but most likely splendid in its day. We were probably hindered in understanding what was available by our inability to communicate well with our hosts - it would have been useful to have […] had some more info either on the website or in our room. And we had a very pleasant stay overnight, we were travelling with another couple and had a very peaceful & quiet stay as we were the only guests that night. "Fantastisk sted - skal opleves!"
Chateau Goville er et halvgammelt slot, som har været i den nuværende families besiddelse i 200 år. Ikke alt er af nyeste standard - der er f.eks ikke TV på værelserne og kun WIFI i stuerne - men til gengæld er det et sted, hvor man virkelig får lov at bo på et slot! Alle stuer er tilgængelige og fyldt med spændende billeder og andre genstande fra en […] svunden tid. Slotshaven er en opdagelsesrejse værd. Vi boede flere steder i Normandiet på vores ferie, med de 5 dage på Chateau Goville var den største oplevelse. Eet godt råd: Lad være med at tage børn med. Der er alt for meget, som pilfingre kan få fat i, blandt andet en stor samling veludstyrede dukkehuse fra forrige århundrede, samt fine porcelæns- og krystal genstande.
