Stayed Feb 4-6 for a conference. Hotel is across the street from the Acropolis convention center, which was very convenient. The neighborhood has some... excellent restaurants and bakeries. There is also a tram station across the street for easy access to the old town. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Room was simple but clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Huge room with two toilets and huge bathroom with octagonal jacuzzi bathtub - what a surprise. Great bed and pillows. Few TV channels, breakfast limited if you don't get there early, room service food arrived different to menu.

The NH Hotel was a pleasant surprise. Friendly staff, attractive rooms (well-equipped except for an old fashioned built-in hair dryer), free wifi in the lobby. Good value for money.

Plus: center location, buffet breakfast (not included in price), laundry service, reception service not a problem, refrigerator in room, tv in room, rooftop bar Minus: Dirty toilet floor in room, noisy room (no sound proofing at all?), in-room climate control inefficient, useless working desk (only one electrical outlet, at the floor behind the desk, […] desk surface useless for optical mouse), minimally unclean laundry left for cleaning returned the next day despite the promised same-day service, no free wireless internet in room, poor reception for half of the tv channels, no pay-tv, rooftop swimming pool not in use (claimed to be under repair, but no such activity present) Other: Felt more like a 3 star hotel than 4 star.
