"not worth for the price"
If you go there from Aix TGV, it will take you quite a while by bus and another walking for 15 min. I had to take a heavy carrier.. so i dont want to recommend this hotel if you need to take TGV. Room condition was ok but staff was not helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very bad service"
The staff in the reception had a very bad attitude - especially the head of the reception. He didn't gave us the help we asked for. Things were said with a smile - but the meaning was way different. Never seen anythig like that. Though one guy in the reception was very nice and helpfull - but I think he was new.
