The rooms reek, the sheets are coarse, the pillows a joke, the shower is tiny, I had to climb over the sink to get to it. The hot water erratic. The staff is rude and unhelpful, and I speak French. "Site do hotel não condiz com a realidade"
Os quartos duplos são muito pequenos. Não tem espaço para malas, que precisam ficar em antesala do quarto sem tranca. As portas são pesadas demais e dificultam a circulação. Tapetes em má conservação e aparentemente com pulgas (provocando coceiras no corpo). Não possui frigobar e serviço de quarto para obrigar o uso do restaurante e bar localizados […] em baixo do hotel. Ar condicionado com defeito. Banheiro sem cortina na banheira, provocando alagamento no piso após cada uso. O único ponto positivo do hotel é a localização muito próxima do centro.
