"Great location"
Stayed two nights in higher standard room and two at lower standard (our choice, actually found the lower class rooms were larger. Only difference was the balcony. Great stay until the last night, arrived back at hotel after 2200hours and a long days touring to find there was no car parking left. Had an early start the next morning (0630). Receptionist […] not too helpful, she drew a line on a map of Aix to show how to get to another parking option, drove around for 30mins with no luck. "Central location, but the staff inexperienced."
The classic room felt like a train compartmnet, well designed but small. The hotel staff were inexperienced and gave us an incorrect google information for our trip to Nice, they had us taking an ancient corniche road that took us off the grid. It was very frustrating to be be so misinformed, even after supplying them with the address of our next hotel.
