This is a great hotel to choose if you want to avoid a high priced ocean front hotel. The beach is a pleasant and short walk away and you could see the ocean right down the block. When we first arrived, there were peanuts right next to the bed. A very bad first impression. The hotel staff was not helpful at all. We asked them for a few things like turning on the air conditioning of the fitness room and they never showed up! The room was nice but small, not very comfi.

I booked this hotel based totally on the online reviews I read, and it was a mistake. We had a family room, which is adjoining rooms. One of the two rooms was very small, you literally couldn't sit on the toilet without your knees hitting the wall in front of it. The beds were tiny also. The hallways were very dark and small, and the view we had left […] a lot to be desired. In all, not at all like the reviews I read. I am a very frequent traveler to France, and to Europe in general, so I know what to expect, and this one didn't add up. This is supposedly a four-star hotel, but I had to climb a flight of stairs with full baggage to get to my room. The bathroom had strange looking construction-type stains, and appeared to be incompletely finished (incomplete joins, etc.). The bathroom had fancy, chi-chi lotions, but no cups. The floor was wood, with no carpet - they give you one-size-fits-all […] flip-flops, which is fine if it happens to be your size. The indoor pool is nice, with interesting lighting. It should be noted that they wanted to charge me a very substantial fee to use the outdoor pool, which I declined. Location is perfect - so close to the beach but not having to pay beach front hotel prices! It's a 5 minute walk to La Crossiette and it is right on shopping street. Our initial room smelled like someone had been smoking in it - even though all rooms are non-smoking. We have a 9 month old and didn't want him (or us) to be in such a room - we asked for […] a new bigger room (we had to pay slightly more) and were moved there quickly. no problems. I like the fact that this hotel has wood floors and not horrible tacky hotel carpet. We will definitely stay here again. Oh, and the indoor pool / jacuzzi / spa area is great! the outdoor pool on the roof is pretty much off limits - if the penthouse is rented it is reserved for that guest. If it is not, it costs 17eu for the day. You may as well go to the beach where it only a bit more to have a spot at one of the private beaches. BTW, we would recommend beach 3.14 which is pretty much a straight shot from the hotel, just walk straight! it's a bit pricey but worth it. we will definitely stay here again! Read more

Would rate this at the higher end of 4. Great location only 2 minute walk from the beach and also the supermarket. Supermarket being a winner as buying beers/wine for the beach from there will save you £20-30 per day. As everyone says, hotel food overpriced but the Bamboo cafe across the road does great food and coffee. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel itself everything appeared well kept on the surface, friendly staff, however a few things to watch out for which are not made clear. In order to use the roof top swimming pool/jacuzzi, even if you do not wish to use a sun lounger you will be asked to pay 17 euros per person to get a specific key card to get on […] to the roof itself. Once you get there the roof facilities themselves were not of a standard I would expect when you've paid that much. The wall was crumbling away into the pool which was a bit of a hazard and the jacuzzi was not clean at all. The carpark is also not mentioned to be 17 euros per day. It seemed like everything came at an extra cost. But great for a short stay and a 2 minute walk to the front. Comfy clean rooms! the breakfast is also a crazy price at 17 euros each when you can walk to the front and find breakfast for 6 euros each so watch out there also! Read more

The hotel is located conveniently on the main shopping avenue and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are also a lot of little cafes in the area for a quick breakfast. Hôtel très bien situé au cœur de la rue commerçante de Cannes, à deux pas de la croisette, parking public à 100 mètres. Parfait pour une petite escapade en amoureux pour les fêtes de fin d'année, nous recherchions un hôtel avec piscine couverte et celle de l'Eden est très agréable (température parfaite), un petit hammam et le jacuzzi pour se détendre […] en fin de journee complète parfaitement les équipements. Nous avons été surclassés en chambre supérieure, nous disposions donc d'un petit balcon et d'une petite vue sur la mer (si si tout au bout de la rue tout la bas...). Baies vitrées avec insonorisation à revoir mais la rue d'antibes est calme le soir. Petit déjeuner buffet gargantuesque. Service très gentil mais pas toujours efficace aux heures de pointe à 10h au restaurant. Quelques fautes de goût pour un 4 étoiles (ascenseur, parties communes dans les étages très sommaires, peu lumineux) mais aucun regret dans notre choix, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour de deux nuit. Tres bon hotel. Jacuzzi et piscine température parfaite. Chambre propre. Personnel attentioné. Situation a 5 minutes a pied de la croisette et au début de la rue d'antibes tres commerçante. Bonne insonorisation des chambres s'il ont ferme bien les fenetres (dures à fermer dans notre chambre). Excellent petit déjeuner tres copieux.

Séjour de deux jours avec mes deux enfants. Le personnel était très sympa. Les installations (piscines...) etait très bien. L'hotel est situé Rue d'Antibes, donc idéalement placé pour le shopping et les sorties en soirée.
