"Not Impressed Not Business Friendly"
This is not a business friendly hotel at all. I was staying in Turku for a week for business and required internet access. This was not a good choice. I was put in two rooms different rooms in order to try and get internet access and neither worked for 2 days. The beds and decor are made for children or budget travelers. I felt I was sleeping at a summer […] camp not a 4star hotel. The rooms had evidence of previous animals that had stayed there. The staff did not know how to get the internet working or even direct me to the breakfast area. My room was also not cleaned one day despite my not being at the hotel the entire day. "Hyvä sijainti"

"Monipuolinen perhekylpylä"
Toimi kahden pienen lapsen kanssa. Matkasänky ja lisäpatja sijoitettu huoneeseen. Kätevästi pystyi käymään kylpylän puolella ja ravintolassa. Aulan aamiaispaikalla mikro, jossa pystyi lämmittämään pienelle puuron mihin aikaan vaan. "Caribien i Turku - filthy room"
Our room had old and disgustingly stained carpet. The bathroom sink was leaking which made the the bathroom floor wet. Shower cabin was installed so that the water couldn't run to the sewer. Wet feet in already stained carpet - > extremely unhygienic. How to trust the spa hygien after that? Info about the spa facilities and how to use them was minimalistic. […] Thus one had to spring back to room from spa to get money to buy "value bracelet". Hotel guests were offered bath rocks, but in spa no place to hang them. Similar bath rocks were piled on top of chairs by tens - how to find your own? Restaurant staff was clearly unexperienced and really strained - and the high season was not even started.
