Molino Blanco liegt ruhig in der Nähe des Botanischen Gartens ca. 200m abseits der Hauptstraße. Die Apartments sind einfach, jedoch mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Die Anlage ist U-förmig gebaut mit Pool und Garten. Beide sind gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist einfach bietet aber eine ausreichende Auswahl (Pulverkaffee aus Automaten). Gemessen am Preis […] geht die angebontene Leistung in Ordnung. Die Lage oberhalb von Puerto bedeutet, dass wenn man zu Fuß in die Innenstadt gehen möchte, etliche Treppen mit zahlreichen Stufen zu überwinden sind. Zur Meeresschwimmanlage Matianez benötigt man ca. 20-25 Minuten. Alternativ kann man mit einem der zahlreichen Busse in die Stadt fahren. Die Bushaltestelle liegt ca. 5 Minuten von der Anlage entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Anlage gibt es zahlteiche Restaurants, Geschäfte, einen Supermart und ein deutsches Ärztehaus.
