This industrial city and port is the gateway to North Africa – three hours by ferry to Morocco. Tarifa, one of the world’s windsurfing capitals, lies 17 kilometres south. I had a good experience at the AC Hotel. The facilities were excellent and the hotel staff were very helpful. We decided to stay in Algeciras because it was close to Tarifa and Gibralter, so we could easily visit both. The town was nice and we enjoyed ourselves very much there.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Very Nice Hotel"
Great hotel chain in Spain...this hotel is very nice and comfortable. THe service is wonderful, free minibar drinks, free access to internet in the lobby. Hotel restaurant has wonderful food, although the service was lacking in the restaurant (not in the hotel itself).
