Well located hotel in the middle of Bilbao. Close to the Guggenheim Museum - nice bars and restaurants in the area. Please be aware that the Spa is an independant company from the hotel - so book in advance in order to use - We had not booked and we could not access. The room was noisy, the water pressure in the shower low, the window was looking out on a blind wall, the WiFi was not working on android smartphone (luckily an open access point from neighboring coffee shop was available).
