I had room #002 It was on the first floor, when I looked out the window I noticed I was right next to the pool. We had booked for 2 nights because my boyfriend had a 5am wakeup for a meeting. "A/C & Energy saved..."
I stayed in this hotel a couple of nights ago. The weather in Madrid was a little bit hot, and also was the room where I stayed. When I asked maintenance why the A/C seems like not working, he told me that they were able just to shut down the "heater" but they couldn't do anything about the cooling since is been a restriction (for energy saving purposes). I rang the Hotel when I landed and the bus arrived in 15 minutes. The reception staff were extremely welcoming and eager to help in anyway. The room was spacious and I enjoyed a very comfortable and peaceful nights sleep. The Hotel was spotlessly clean and had a modern feel. "Noisy room and lousy gym"
The hotel is nice and clean with a very modern appearance. The hotel restaurant/bar is in an indoor atrium. From my room on the first floor I could hear the noise from early morning until as late as the Spanish eat their supper. Overall godt tilfreds. Super fint nyt hotel, med flinkt personale. Gratis shuttle service til Lufthavnen hver time, og 3 gange dagligt til Madrid Centrum. Hotellets internet er håbløst langsomt og kan ikke streame f.eks. en youtube film. Der skrives at der er mulighed for tidlig morgenmad hvis man ønsker dette. Men forvent kun dette hvis du/i forbinder […] morgenmad med Kaffe og kiks. Værelset var i super stand, rent og lækkert. Hotellets pool er super fin, men desværre nok lidt for lille til de mange gæster. Hotellets restaurant er ganske udemærket. The hotel was very nice but I was disappionted for the shuttle bus service. After landing I got my bags and made a call to the hotel to pick me up from the airport. The receptionst said it should take 25 min to reach there. I waited for 45 minutes and made a new call, and the lady said again, soon, just wait there. I waited 15 minutes more and finally […] the shuttle bus came but surprisingly I had to wait in the bus other 10 minutes to have other guests. So my waiting time was total around 1.5 hours! And the same thing in the morning: There were no shuttle buses around so had to take a taxi to the airport - luckily hotel paid for the taxi. The room was great, though.
