All terminals are accessible by metro (pink line 8), shuttle bus, taxi or the 200 or 204 buses from Avenida de América. The Hotel started off to be great, quick pick-up service, beautiful modern and convenient to airport, and looking forward to a nice dinner out and good nights rest before our flight home the next day. BUT...when we went to unpack some, we noticed our camera bags was missing. The driver/bellman, never saw it "hanging" on our trolley at the airport and […] drove off without it. "Manager's very very poor attitude at check out;("
Great location of hotel directly across from Madrid airport. Hotel's facilities are very contemporary, clean and new that should make anyone's stay very comfortable and enjoyable - except that the service and attitude of the staff needs a lot of improvement. They seem to be all very rigid about their duties as illustrated by the following events: 1. […] It took a lot of requesting and explaining on our part to get our breakfast- to-go from Miguel, the Manager on duty at 7am on Tues April 26th. A very poor attitiude indeed. At check-in the desk agent said we would get our breakfast-to-go at check-out as restaurant opens at 7am and since our shuttle was also at 7am. She said our breakfast-to-go would be given to us at check-out. 2. At check out we missed our paid breakfast buffet at hotel since the airport shuttle runs only ONCE an hour on the hour! Not very travel friendly as airport is only 2 minutes away. For our local flight from Madrid to Barcelona at 9;55am we awere told that we must take the 7am shuttle - a full 3 hours in advance of flight which was rediculous!. Since the breakfast & restaurant opens at 7am we were NOT even allowed to grab a cup of coffee that we take with medicine. The agent at check-in had siad coffee is available before 7am and would be provided to us. The Manager, Miguel, on duty was extremely rude and inconsiderate. He continued to act very rudely In front of other guests who were also catching the shuttle with us for a much later international flight to the USA..
