The service was excellent. The staff were very helpful and corteous and spoke english well. Although the room was small (we stayed in a superior room),... the interior design was very modern, the room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hostal was perfect if you don't mind walking. The main plazas such as Plaza Mayor and Puerto del Sol were only 5-10 minutes away. It only took us approximately 30 min. of walking to get to the museums and the palace. There were a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. It was quiet and safe. I would recommend this hostal to anyone. Et super hyggeligt hostel med en ekstrem venlig betjening. Mindst lige så godt som et 3* hotel. For øvrigt er Madrid en super hyggelig by. Bestemt et sted vi vender tilbage til.
