The hotel is simply awesome! Awesome view from the big and very comfortable rooms, very modern, everything just on a press of the button, can't be easyer.... Very Fast and big elevators, the room was cleaned every day, and the metro station was just 300 m away, and in 30 min you're in the center of the city. I went to Madrid for a short break with my wife, i had planned a suprise her, i have to say i am not the greatest at planning trips without my wify's consent. lol... however i was amazed by the service i got over the phone from Eurostar Madrid Towers team and when i arrived there it just got better. i loved the place and the view across Madrid and […] the rooms were clean and trendy... love it and love to go again... the only thing i would say bad about the hotel is the location to Sol and to attractions, its about 20/25mins via Tube/Metro and about 10mins via cab/taxi. Saying that the tubes were alot cleaner then the stations in london. One thing to remember is that when on the metro just make sure that you keep your belongings very close to you as there are thieives in suits. so be aware. Hubo que esperar a seguridad y a mantenimiento, aunque fueron relativamente rápidos. Contratamos servicios del Spa, en general bien, pero la puerta de la sauna estaba descolgada, la ducha del […] baño turco no funcionaba y no había albornoces en la habitación. Semplicemente stupendo, pulitissimo iper moderno e personale professionale e cordiale. Prezzi ridicoli per un 5 stelle. Se non vi pesa farvi 10 minuti di metro per raggiungere il centro non perdete tempo scegliere questo magnifico hotel. La fermata della metro è a 100 mt dall albergo.

Hotel fantástico. Novo, moderno, atendentes falam bem inglês. Fica na avenida do Santiago Bernabeu, da para ir até a pé com um pouco de disposição. Tem uma estação de metrô a 200mts que vai para todos os lugares inclusive ao aeroporto!

Topp service, spisbare priser.. Maten er det eneste det går ann og rakke ned på. Kjedlig og tørr mat.. (dette gjelder forsovet de fleste restaurantene i Madrid desverre) Ellers litt lang reisetid til bykjernen. Men dette er absolutt ett hotel det er vært og besøke:)

Un precioso Hotel! Fue una estancia maravillosa, el hotel situado al final de la castellana ( un poco lejos del centro) pero suple esta pega con una gran comodidad de las habitaciones y la gran amabilidad y eficacia de los trbajadores. Camas gigantes e increiblemente comodas, un desayuno bufet bastante completo en la planta 30 del hotel con unas vistas […] de madrid impresionantes. El Spa es cierto que se queda bastante pequeño para la calidad del hotel, pero tampoco tiene un precio elevado. Los tratamientos y masajes si que son de mas elevado coste y las comidas y cenas en el restaurante del hotel demasiado caras (79euros menu degustacion) pero con esto no hay problema ya que si visitas madrid comes y cenas fuera. Tambien destacar el silencio del hotel, no se escucha ningun ruido de los pasillos o habitaciones contiguas. En resumen un hotel para pasar un fin de semana de relax, muy recomendable sobretodo si os pillais el pack romantico que entra el desayuno, cava y feras con chocolate Un saludo! Read more
