The room was decent and modern. The Internet was free with both wired and the wifi, which made the selection an easy process. I ended up eating at the... hotel. From the outside you are in the middle of a residential neighborhood, so there are a few local restaurants to walk to. Definitely call the hotel for the free shuttle as the cabs seem to get lost. I used the shuttle both ways and it worked out perfect as the driver runs the route all day. I would stay here again for a one night stay. The hotel serves the purpose of a quick overnight near Madrid airport. It's not very clean and is very run down. The wifi/internet was so slow it was almost unusable. One positive: the bar in the hotel is small but the people that work there are excellent.

This hotel is perfect for arriving to/from the airport. Just a 5 minute shuttle ride (free). Rooms were very comfortable and the hotel is in a quiet residential area. Free wifi is good. I didnt use the restaurant facilities or the room service. I would stay here again.

예약 후 free airport pick up이 가능한지 메일을 넣었는데 답변이 없었습니다. check in 후 보니 호텔에 mini bus 가 있어 airport shuttle을 운행하고 있었습니다, 비싼 taxi 비를 안 내도 되었는데 답변을 안 주어 불필요한 비용이 지불되었습니다.

Como muchos hoteles cercanos al aeropuerto, este hotel está muy "machacado" y el mantenimiento es pobre. Nos dieron una habitación con cama matrimonial cuando nuestra reserva era de dos individuales. Finalmente en recepción nos cambiaron a una habitación para minusválidos donde la ducha suponía inundar todo el baño. Además, el grifo del lavabo goteaba […] también al suelo. Bon hôtel, mais attention aux 4 étoiles qui ne veulent rien dire. Quand on réserve un 4 étoiles en France, on s'attend tout de même à du luxe... Bon, là, ce n'est pas le cas. Un trois étoiles, je veux bien, mais pas plus. Tout est propre, et bien décoré. Les chambres sont calmes et modernes. La TV n'est que espagnole. La Salle de bain est avec douche, […] dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de baignoire. Le petit déj est en buffet, mais quelconque, voire limite pas super. La navette pour aller et revenir de l'aéroport est effectivement gratuite et fonctionne très bien. A pied, le métro n'est pas très loin (5 minutes) ce qui est très pratique. Read more
