This hotel was a 10 in all regards! The room was great--new, marble bathroom, sitting area and comfortable beds. The staff, however, made this hotel all... that it is. The desk staff were helpful in all requests, and were eager to satisfy. The restaurant was pleasant, and Jose Maria did all that he could to make guests happy. He became a good friend and answered many questions about Madrid, and he spoke excellent English. The hotel was conveniently located to the metro, bus, taxi service, and a 7 minute walk to Chamartin train station. by chris m from columbus, ga on 07/04/11

Está en un punto aunque un poco apartado cerca de las salidas para acceder a la circunvalación y de fácil entrada al paseo la castellana en el que puedes dejar el coche y utilizar el metro o el coche, ya que está todo bien señalizado.
