    The hotel is modern; our room was pleasant and comfortable. The desk help, including the owner, work extra hard to help guests, and serve a delicious... breakfast. A few electrical glitches (our temperature control didn't work; the elevator broke down briefly), but the service made up for it. The hotel is in an evolving, bohemian neighborhood--very colorful, but I wouldn't recommend any of the restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 27, 2013

    Overview

    In El Prado neighborhood.
    Recently refurbished and restored to its former glory, in line with the NH Hoteles philosophy, it is within walking distance of the "Art Triangle", formed by the Prado Museum, the Thyssen Bornemisza Museum and the Centro de Arte Reina Sofía. It is also conveniently located near the Atocha railway station in the heart of the city and overlooks the Botanical Gardens. Attractive shopping areas, good restaurants and elegant nightclubs are an easy stroll from the NH Nacional in Madrid city center.

    The restaurant is located on the first floor and offers spectacular views over Atocha station, Paseo del Prado, the Botanical Gardens and the Reina Sofia Museum. Relax in our attractive and subtly-lit dining room and enjoy our wide choice of Mediterranean-style dishes in a setting where our staff will provide you with a discreet yet highly efficient service.

    영어 잘 통하고 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 카운터가 그다지 친절하지는 않습니다만 제 할일은 다 해줍니다. 아침식사는 상당히 괜찮습니다. 음식도 다양한 편이며 양질의 식사와 커피를 즐길 수 있습니다. 기차역에서 매우 가까워 편리하며 프라도미술관도 도보로 5분이내입니다. 전반적으로 만족한 호텔입니다.

    Excellent location, near big train station Atocha, many restaurants and beautiful Retiro Parc. Not really great room. Good buffetbreakfast. Recommendable hotel.

    Très bon hôtel, bien situé à deux pas des trois grands musées de Madrid et à 20mn à pied de la Plaza Mayor. Un peu bruyant cependant la nuit si les chambres donnentsur le Paséo del prado mais c'est lavie d'une grande (et belle) ville du Sud. Très bon accueil, parking (payant mais moins cher que les parcs publics) dans l'hotel. Excellent petit-déjeuner […] buffet. Read more
