The hotel was wonderful- the room, the employees- everyone was helpful and informative- really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. There... is an inexpensive public bus that picks up residents right in front of the hotel which goes to central madrid. It was very easy to get around. Also there was a wonderful dining room and a nice bar. We ate a later dinner at the bar and there was an excellent piano player that played while we ate. The waitress went above and beyond with the service- we werent sure if we wanted the soup and she brought out samples to see if we liked it before ordering. We highly recommend the hotel by a Hotels.com guest on 06/06/11
