The family-run Becquer Hotel is located on a lively street full of bars and restaurants near the Guadalquivir river in central Seville, Spain. The hotel is 500 meters from the bullring, Fine Arts Museum and 13th-century Gold Tower. Seville's cathedral and famous Giralda tower, Plaza de Espana, old city walls and historic Barrio Santa Cruz district are all within 1.5 kilometers. The hotel is 500 meters from the main bus station and four kilometers from the train station. Seville San Pablo Airport (SVQ) is 15 kilometers away.

The Becquer Hotel restaurant, El Pabellon, serves breakfast and Mediterranean and international dishes. Furniture is cane, slate and marble. Local specialties at the tapas café-bar include octopus in olive oil, spinach and white beans. The English Bar offers drinks, and features ironwork gates and antique wood decor.

"Good hotel"
Hotel Becquer was comfortable and the staff were pleasant enough. The room wasn't the best we stayed in, but it was far from the worst. They put two people in two single beds without asking. "A good spot in Sevilla!"
We did enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a cool rooftop pool but be aware that on a hot day it will be PACKED. We made the mistake of thinking we'd just go up, lie out for a few hours in the hottest part of the day... well, that didn't happen. We finally scored a few seats but just don't count on it! The hotel is in a great location and I found the staff enormously helpful with a variety of requests. The decor of the rooms is slightly dated and they are on the small side but very clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool is great for a few lazy hours in the sun. "Great value hotel on the edge of the bustle"
The hotel is located within a 5 to 10 minute walk of all the main sights. It has secure underground parking, clean, smart rooms, and is great value for Seville. Unfortunately the roof-top terrace and swimming pool were closed when we were there (beginning of February), but we'd definitely return in the spring/ summer to take advantage of them. "Bon Hôtel"
Le seul bémol que je puisse donner à mon séjour est le manque d’insonorisation entre les chambres. Il est également interdit de fumer dans les chambres, cependant mon voisin lui ne s'en privait pas ce qui était très désagréable... A part cela, l’hôtel est très bien situé et le service correct. Un hôtel très bien situé qui permet de découvrir la ville à pied. La piscine et les brumisateurs sur le toit présentent un atout indéniable. Fint hotell, rent og pent. Grei adkomst med bil i en by som skal være en mareritt å kjøre i. Fant parkering på gaten like utenfor hotellet, men fikk ikke med oss at det var parkeringsavgift, så ble belønnet med en parkeringsbot på 50 euro neste morgen..
