"Not a moment of quiet."
This hotel is so noisy you can hear everything from every room, the elevator, etc. Hotel clerk laughed when ì asked where my room with the balcony and a view of the city was as described in the booking details. He said the hotel is lower than everything around it so how could it have a view. One sponge for two people for 3 days, no washcloths. Balcony […] run down, closes early and opens late. Wifi only seems to work by the stairs or in the lobby. Shower only gets about 10% of the water the rest goes down the tub with no way to redirect. "Great Location But Somewhat Noisy"

The hotel was in a great location, close to the Cathedral and other attractions, lots of restaurants nearby and close to the CIEE University and University of Sevilla. A little hard to get to with a car and parking was in an underground hotel lot around the corner, but included valet service. Lots of shopping nearby. Definitely, Definitely recommend this hotel. From beginning to end our experience with them was amazing. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and ideally situated. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us (which I later found in other cities is quite rare). Cannot think of one con about this place. We found the hotel on Trip Advisor and were not disappointed as the reveiws were right. English is spoken at the front desk, the hotel and the rooms are very spacious. The Good: Its location is very convenient, right within the Santa Cruz where lots of action is at. It is relatively quiet, and it is in good condition. The staff is helpful and the room is clean with all the stuff you are looking for. The Bad: The AC is sort of weak for American and Asian standard. The hotel is remodeled from an old building so it has some quirkiness in the bathroom, like the ventilation and the window location, but not a big deal unless you are looking for a 5 star hotel. 複雑怪奇に入り組み、曲がりくねった旧市街の真ん中にあり、地下鉄の駅のような目標がないので、場所がとても分かりにくい。例えば、カテドラに出かけるときには、大体の方角の見当をつけて（我々は磁石を使う）歩けば、すんなりと到達できるものの、帰路は至難の技。帰りはタクシーとなる。ただし、所在地そのものは、とても興味深い地域にあり、酒場やレストランも高い日本の寿司屋もあるので便利。部屋自体は取り立てて不満はないが、土地柄なのか、深夜から早朝にかけて酔っぱらって大騒ぎで帰ってくる団体客がたくさんいて、迷惑だった。客のレベルが低いのかもしれない。屋上のテラスバー、レストランはそれなりの雰囲気がある。Genuine Hotels.com guest review
