"Beschwerde"
Leider war die angegebene Adresse auf allen mir zugesandten Unterlagen nicht die korrekte. Angegeben wurde auf allen Unterlagen "Casa Battló, Passeig De Gracia", was auf das tolle Kunsthaus vom Künstler verweist, aber gar nichts damit zu tun hat. Die richtige Adresse lautet "Rambla Catalunya 44", was sich zwar in der Nähe, aber für Touristen an einer […] schwer auffindbare Adresse befindet. Schlussendlich haben wir mit 1.5 Stunden Warten vor dem Battló und durchfragen bei vielen Einheimischen die Adresse ausfindig machen können. Ausserdem verfügte das Appartement in der Dusche nur über kaltes Wasser, was für meine Frau, welche im 4ten Monat schwanger ist, eine sehr schwierige Erfahrung darstellte. Ansonsten war der Concierge, welcher uns in Empfang nahm sehr nett, das Flat schön eingerichtet. Auch die Klimaanlage war ein sehr nützliches Feature! In Bezug auf die Preise wünsche ich mir auch eine Ausweisung der sogenannten Taxen und sonstigen Kosten, welche bei der Buchung nicht sichbar waren.
