Dark and dank, reeked of musk. This hotel is suitable for lonely, male, middle aged, unhappy business travelers. That is what I encountered in the hotel at checking in and at the breakfast. Chegamos às 13:30 mais cedo que o Check In informado na reserva (14:00). Fomos informados que o Check In era, na realidade, às 15:00. Deixamos nossas malas no hotel, preenchemos toda a documentação, e aproveitamos para passear pelos arredores. Quando retornamos às 15:00 nenhum dos nossos 3 quartos ainda estavam disponíveis. A moça na recepção pediu […] desculpas pois o hotel estava cheio. Reparei que um casal que estava atrás da gente na fila do Check In às 13:30, estava saindo do elevador, quer dizer, eles fizeram o Check In do casal primeiro (provavelmente porque eles esperaram no hotel enquanto a gente saiu para almoçar). Quando eu questionei esse fato, ainda explicando que eu estava com uma idosa (minha avó tem 79 anos), a atendente apenas sorriu e não soube explicar. Conseguimos um quarto somente às 15:30 e os outros dois quartos só ficaram disponíveis depois das 16... Eu esperava mais de um hotel 5 estrelas...
