l'hôtel par lui même est bien situé, entre la place d'espagne et la place de catalogne, le personnel d'accueil est sympathique, très pro, et francophile... il y a un parking juste à côté, avec un tarif pour les résidents de l'hôtel... le métro est à 500m... ordinateurs disponibles dans le hall et conection wifi gratuite dans les chambres... la chambre […] est agréable, bien meublée, les matelas sont de bonne qualité... Par contre, les murs sont sales, un petit coup de peinture serait à prévoir, et l'insonorisation est très mauvaise... on entendait aussi bien, les gens parler, prendre leur douche, les enfants courir, crier, et ce jusqu'à tard dans la nuit... dur dur de s'endormir... Et très mauvais point pour le petit déjeuner; le jus de fruit est insipide, les céréales, le café et le beurre de très mauvaise qualité... j'ai essayé les saucisses, oeufs, bacon, c'était guère mieux... très gras et mal cuit... Vi blev fint modtaget, dog fik vi ikke det reserverede værelse med balkon og byudsigt men da vi nævnte dette fik vi straks anvist et endet valgte dog et mod baggård. Vi boeder der fra mandag til fredag og var lovet daglig rengøring, dette bestod af sengeredning og udskiftning af de håndklæder vi bad om, ingen rengøring af f.eks. håndvask eller gulvvask, […] det kunne have været meget bedre.Køkkenet var et lillebitte bord med opvaskeplade, vask, microovn,2 kogeplader ( ingen arbejdsplads) køleskab og skab med lidt service under bordet f.eks var der 4 kopper,1 underkop ingen store knive f.eks brødkniv heller intet viskestykke, eneste bord på værelset var skrivebordet så det var ikke nemt hvis man gerne ville spise her. Balkonen var meget lille, uden lys, bord og stole (vi fandt dog 2 klapstole i et skab) men en balkon uden lys og bord og med udsigt til en baggård er nærmest ubrugelig, der var også lovet tagterresse denne bestod af ventilationsrør og adgang forbudt. Wifi på værelset det var der men var så langsomt at det var ubrugeligt. der er muligt at få sin bagage opbevater under lås efter udtjek, det var fint og trygt.
