Famous for its boisterous nightlife, Playa de las Américas attracts youthful revellers, as well as budget family holidaymakers, from all over northern Europe. Trevlig personal men maten är inte anpassad efter spanjorer. Oftast samma mat flera dagar under olika namn. Den största poolen är inte uppvärmd. Rum med havsutsikt och högt upp i hotellet är ett måste. Det bästa är att bara ta frukost och äta övriga måltider ute.Genuine Expedia guest review

Hotellet ligger perfekt, god standard om än lite bedagat (som Kanarieöarna i sin helhet?) Det som irriterar är personalens attityd - man känner att man stör personalen i receptionen, verkar alltid vara 20min kö där, affären stänger 5 min före utsatt tid och man blir bryskt utkörd etc. Dock finns vissa undantag - en vänlig servitris i buffe matsalen […] och en trevlig städerska - men tyvärr mera undantag än regel. L'hotel è un tipico albergo di media categoria presente alle isole Canarie. La cucina non è certo troppo curata, ma in ogni caso vista la vasta scelta si trova sempre qualche cosa di proprio gradimento. C'è animazione, ne troppo assente ne troppo invadente, diciamo al punto giusto... La spiaggia balnebile è a 5 minuti a piedi (a Playa de las Americas […] non esistono hotel direttamente sulla spiaggia), ed è al centro di i maggiori intrattenimenti serali della Playa.
