"Great Experience"
This hotel is a very affordable all-inclusive location. Those who have posted poor reviews appear to be expecting five star service for 2-3 star prices. "Need a lot of improvements"
This is the second time I stayed at this hotel.. The first time was average.. The time it was really poor. Check in took about two hours. The food was disgusting, I ate on the street most of the time. The rooms was run down. This place needs a lot of work to be done..Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Can't go wrong"

"Beach Resort in Juan Dolio - Not near anything"
The Costa Caribe had very pleasant staff and a nice beach, but there were a lot of male locals relative to females. The food was not very good and the surrounding neighborhood did not have too much going on. If you're going to the DR, it's probably best to go to Punta Cana.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"mi peor estadia en un hotel"
Buenas tardes.. Muy inconforme por el mal sevicio recibido. por el personal, la edificacion de hotel le hace falta un matenimiento GENERAL. la 1ra noche no pude domir ya que estaba lloviendo y la fitraciones era tan grade que las 2 cama estaba super mojadas. la 2da. noche un apagon por mas de 3 horas desde la 8:20 hasta las 11 07 pM encerrado en una […] habitacion y cuado pudimos bajar a cenar no habia estaba cerrado. por su plata estaba fuera de servicios. durante mi estadia en el fabuloso hotel. se fue la energia mas de 5 veces .
