"Average hotel great beach"
The hotel itself needs some updating along with the rooms. The food is simply average but the theme restaurants (included in the price) are a nice touch. I would go back only if the hotel is on sale. "Stay away from salespeople vacations package"
The hotel is very old and my vacation was interrupted by many sales people specially by a vacation company who want to sale a share or membership since the first day i got there and will not let you enjoy the vacation .I had cut my time short because this people were bothering every second after I told them I was not interested in buying any membership […] they still was insisting , the beach was ok , but in the pictures the hotel and beach look better I will not go back and hopefully the hotel will remove this people from the property , if you guys are going please stay away from this sales people , because once you talk to them they will not leave you alone Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Points positifs : chambre attribuée bien située (près de la réception), nourriture très bonne, beaucoup de chaines TV par satellite. Points négatifs : j'ai dû changer de chambre le 3ème jour car la 1ère posait beaucoup de problèmes : climatisation bruyante et defectueuse, problème de chasse d'eau dans les toilettes, écoulement d'eau dans le plafond […] de la salle de bain, pas de téléphone. La 2ème chambre, située au même niveau, ne posait pas ces problèmes . Néanmoins, je déplore les problèmes d'eau chaude (attendre 5 mn avant d'en avoir), coupure d'eau fréquente (3 fois en une semaine, pénible), insonorisation (une porte de séparation avec la chambre voisine, on entend donc les voisins parler), rideaux ne couvrent pas la fenêtre (pb de réverbération le matin). Hôtel bien entretenu mais vieillissant. Soucis avec l'approvisionnemant en eau des salles de bains. Chambres refaites quotidiennement par un personnel travailleur et efficace . Muy buenas las instalaciones del hotel, pero en el aspecto de la comida, esta debe ser mejorada y en cuanto a los postres...ni se diga. Los postres no son de muy buena calidad, las cosas se acababan y era muy poca variedad. Pocas opciones en la comida, igual en la cena, y aplica igual para los postres.
