"Great hotel for business."
Room was always clean, the light switch in the bathroom was broken, but it still worked. Water did not get very hot in the sink or shower. Staff was excellent and i would stay here again. The Courtyard hotel in Santo Domingo was in a good location for my needs. The staff was particularly helpful and pleasant to work with. I have two suggestions. First, we were there in November and the weather was beautiful, so we had the window open all the time. The only complaints that I had was that for as many pillows that were on the bed, i couldn't find one that was comfortable. We will request a room with a balcony the next time away from the traffic.
