"Hotel Does Not Guarantee 100% Satisfaction"
When I booked this hotel, there was no notice that they would be under construction. I was rudely woken up by the sound of loud power drills and hammers right under me every morning. I tried to let it go, but by the second day the construction workers kept working until 10pm when I was ready to call it a night. I called the manager to notify them of […] the issue and how my whole stay at the hotel was a bad experience due to the loud noises. I was offered the option to move to another room, but that would have been another inconvenience because I was already in the bed trying to sleep. To make a long story short, do not stay at this hotel if you are used to staying at hotels that value the customer experience and will reimburse you bad experiences due to their part. Worst stay in any hotel I have stayed in in the 39 countries I have visited. No respect, uninformed, no resolution of issues, poor attitude, etc..... Only the cleaning staff were worht the money they are being paid. Had to change rooms no help no compensation ntohing. Problems reported to the front desk never resolved.
