    Very convenient location. Good buffet included. Nice staff. Overall experience was spoilt by little niggles. Had to move from first room since electrics... faulty. These are very complex to save energy, but most annoying. Wardrobe light is motion sensetive. But since doors are glass they switch on and off all the time.Total hypocracy since some lamps have high wattage halogen lamps! Similarly the tap is motion sensitive with no plug. Makes a wet shave impossible. Asos, since overal flow rates are low there is insufficient flushing of drains. Bathwater therefore backed up into overflow and flooded whole bathroom. All stuff that looks good on the plans but doesn't work in reallife. Enough to spoil what should have been a really nice hotel. Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Aug 31, 2012

    We spent 3 nights at the H.C. Andersen hotel. Lovely design. Its location cannot be beat, right down the street from the H.C. Anderson museum, a few blocks from the train station, and in the heart of old Odense. I recommend the restaurant for good modern variations on Danish dishes. The rooms are not big but offer great beds and bedding. Air conditioning […] would be nice but I doubt that there is a hotel in Odense that offers it, and if it did, it would probably be like the Copenhagen hotels that dont let one turn the temperature down.     Å komme inn på dette hotellet var som å gå av flyet i syden der en vegg med 35 varmegrader møter deg. Liten mulighet for å få inn frisk luft, den lille viften vi fikk låne klarte ikke å kjøle ned rommet så det var mulig å sove der. I tilegg var det også tykke dundyner på sengene.

    På det stora hela, på den korta tid vi bodde på H C Andersson hotell, var vi mycket nöjda , trevlig personal överallt, ingen nämnd ingen glömd, mycket fin frukost, rent och fint på rummet och övriga ställe på hotellet!!!

    Varmt på rommet og vanskelig å lufte selv om det bare var 22 grader ute. Tør ikke tenke på hvordan det må være m 25+ ute... Støvete og shabby hotell. Ingen service. God lokasjon. Vi var på gjennomfart og overnattet heldigvis bare en natt.

    Da vi kom lå der flasker, kaffekopper, tallerkner samt glas og sukkerknalder spredt ud på gulvet ind til vores hotelværelse. Udover duede fjernsynet ikke og vi fik oplyst at det ikke kunne laves men at vi dog kunne skifte værelse, dette tog vi ikke imod da vi havde pakket ud.

Selve hotellet er lidt nedslidt - der var ex store skimmelpletter i loftet i badeværelset. Sengene er hårde. Til en enkelt overnatning i forrbindelse med familiefest og turistbesøg er det storartet.

    Der var fuldt booket i Odense i efterårsferien men det lykkedes alligevel at få 1 familieværelse hos Radisson HC Andersen. Alt var i orden ved check-ind. Hotellet var flexible med tidspunktet for morgenmadsbuffeten da vi var nogle stykker der skulle meget tidligt op. Meget lækker morgenmadsbuffet, som især gjorde mine 2 sønner glade. Aldrig har jeg […] set dem spise så meget mad så tidligt. Dejligt at man har droppet den dyre minibar, men sat automater op på gangene med meget rimelige priser, og så var der meget usædvanligt, et rygerum. Centralt beliggende i gå-afstand til det meget hyggelige Odense og vores 3 dages ophold var ovenikøbet også i en overkommelig prisklasse. Vi kommer bestemt igen. Read more

    Meget larm fra torsdag 20/10 til fredag d. 21/10 fra fulde fodboldtilhængere?? En del larm fra meget hurtigkørende taxier som drøner hen over brostenene on natten-ØV Skuffende at håndklæderne ikke blev skiftet fredag!! Ellers fin comfort og fin service i receptionen.

    Vi fik et positivt førstehåndsindtryk af hotellet. Desværre fik vi ikke information om parkeringsforholdene. Det betød at vi fik 1 stk p-afgift da de udleverede p-billetter ikke galdt afrejsedagen. Det var totalt unødvendigt da vi spurgte specifikt til p-regler. Vi talte med receptionen, men fik den helt klare oplevelse at de var fuldstændig ligeglade. […] Ydermere lagde de ikke skjul på at vi da også var lidt mærkelige ikke at køre lidt tidligere, så havde vi nemlig holdt lovligt.     Vi ankom den 6. og rejste igen den 8. august og boede på øverste etage. Selve værelset var generelt god, men der manglede aircondition på værelset. På grund af den manglende aircondition fik vi ikke sovet optimalt, da der var alt for varmt.
