We stayed at the Hugenpoet for one night to celebrate our anniversary. The service was just fantastic…we called to reserve a table at the NERO restaurant... and although it was completeley booked they treid to acomodate us, which they did. The suite was just gorgeus and the food was first rate. Upon arrival the staff received us a walked us to our room as they described the ammenities. We had a personalized welcoming card in the room which we thought it was a nice touch. Our experience was mostly positive, but have to negative points: first, the price is quite steep for the room and restaurant. I understand is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, nevertheless, not sure if it was worth the price. sencond, when we made our reservation we thought breakfast was included, but when we asked they told us it was not, so we ended ordering separate breakfast. Come to find out during check out that breakfast was included…they blamed the staff in training for the miscommunication. Overall a Good Experience. Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 2, 2013
