The service at Flemings is truly excellent - the front desk and breakfast staff ultra helpful. It's in a great location - fantastic walks down to the Museums Quarter and also to the cool neighbourhood around Lindenstrasse. Breakfast was terrific. Wife and I checked into hotel for 4 nights, found our booked room though non-smoking, had been occupied by a smoker. Although hotel was 2 months old, lamp next to bed was already ripped out of its socket and the faucet at the sole washbasin for 2 people could rotate about its axis (no kidding!). And this was a deluxe room! Minibar was free, but no […] bottle opener was to be found. Also, bathrobes were supposed to be there, but not. Hotel upgraded us to suite at no cost. However, the bad initial impression stayed. On one day when we came back, the cleaning lady even left her dirty cleaning rag right on the washbasin of our suite! Breakfast service was extremely poor and badly organized. Had to order eggs 3 times to get them each of the 3 consecutive days - the kitchen did not process orders correctly and all waiters/waitresses looked constantly harassed. There was no senior management during the 4 nights we were there to give direction. To sum up: The owners seem to be trying to cut operating costs, but the problem is that attention to detail is sacrificed. Wife and I had the feeling that they were hiring cheap. If you're alone or staying there for business on a tight budget, fine. But if you want to go for a vacation to Vienna to enjoy the best that it can offer, book elsewhere. Read more

The Fleming's Deluxe Hotel provides great value. The front room staff was very friendly and helpful, and their breakfast buffet was excellent. Another plus is the location - just a couple of blocks from the U-Bahn and tram stations, and really walking distance from all major sites in Vienna.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fleming's Deluxe Wien. The only thing that was a problem was breakfast, where they didnt seem to have enough room for everyone to have breakfast at the same time, so we spent a while wandering round trying to find a table, then were eventually guided to a room quite a long way away from the main breakfast buffet area. […] This meant missing out on some of the excellent items on offer in the breakfast! Though to be fair once we were seated, the staff were very efficient and attentive. Other than that, it was great and I would definitely recommend the hotel. NB - the double rooms have a glass walled shower cubicle in the middle of the room, so do make sure that you know the person you are staying with very well indeed! Read more

We stayed here on our honeymoon in December 2012 and it was fantastic. Location was perfect. There was a gym and sauna area too which was really nice when we were tired of sightseeing. Only down side to this was the gym had no air conditioning so was baking hot! Food, drinks, staff, room... everything was wonderful. Interesting shower too :-)

This modern hotel was exceptionally good value and within a 10 to 15 minute walk of most of the major tourist attractions in the centre of Vienna. It was a pleasure to stay here for 6 nights. It is conveniently situated within reasonable walking distance of the centre of Vienna, or by tram or U-Bahn - both close to the hotel. Never used the mini-bar because the fridge was out of order and despite repeated complaints it wasn't repaired (so much for the free mini-bar). Some of the light bulbs in the bathroom were not working and again they were not replaced during our stay. Also we had a blocked sink (not a good indication of cleanliness) which however was unblock. This hotel was booked for a surprise birthday weekend for my partner and proved to be almost perfect. The hotel is in an excellent location being very close to all the main attractions and underground. For instance a walk to the Habsburg Palace took only 10 minutes. Whats even better is that it was included in the price for the room unlike many hotels in Vienna. The room was superb. We chose a deluxe room which was well worth it for a small extra fee and included a free mini bar. The bed was extremely comfortable with ever so cosy seperate his and her duvets. The bathroom also had his and her basins together with a see through shower which quickly steamed up for anyone bashful. The only irritation was the free computer which we needed to use to book our return flight this was very difficult to use as it didn't have a full size keyboard and lacked a mouse. There was also an irritating message on the screen which we couldn't remove. We also booked the meal and concert at the Kemlon through Expedia for the first night which I can thoroughly recommend. The meal was excellent with a wonderful desert and the concert was very enjoyable. Even the small bits of opera was bearable. Read more

Friendly staff, but no place to wash clothes. Not paying 3 Euros just for a pair of socks which were the prices from hotel and not willing to catch bus to do washing. This is a great hotel, with modern, spacious and clean rooms. The clear glass shower cubicle in our room was certainy a novelty! With a few minutes walk of the Rathaus and 15 minutes walk to the centre of the Innerstadt the hotel is ideally located with the Rathaus metro station and Nr 2 tram a minute away. We loved the breakfast buffet too. Free WiFi […] helped. The only minus point would be that cleaning staff entered our room despite the Do not disturb sign up, but the manager told us they would be changing cleaning companies soon and hopefully the problem would go away. Bra hotell for pengene. Bra beliggenhet (gangavstand til turistattraksjoner). Bestilte rom med "free minibar", men var veldig skuffet over utvalget i denne da jeg ankom hotellet (kun brus, vann og øl, ikke vin, småsnacks eller noe annet). Hadde jeg visst den var så dårlig hadde jeg ikke betalt ekstra for rom med gratis minibar. Da vi ankom hotellet […] var det kun én dame i resepsjonen, til tross for at det var rundt 20 mennesker i kø for å sjekke inn. Det var god service (hun var hyggelig og tok seg god tid med hver gjest), men da på bekostning av å "få køen unna". Det skal ikke ta 20 minutter å sjekke inn på et hotell. Ellers, ryddige, rene og pene rom. Veldig kult innredet med dusj midt i rommet, store speil og ekstrem høy takhøyde. Kan absolutt anbefales. Read more

Vi var 4 dage på weekendophold, på dette store hotel som er nyrenoveret for nyligt. Værelserne er højloftede og rene, indretningen minder om Mariott hoteller i den bedre klasse, dvs ikke specielt personligt eller originalt, men rent, pænt med virkelig gode og faste senge. Der er ingen udsigt, hotellet ligger på en relativt befærdet smal gade, men beliggenheden […] er central og morgenmaden var i total topklasse. Der er to resaturanter på hotellet.
