"Inflexible and short sighted hotel policy"
I was unable to travel as the snow had closed Gatwick Airport. When contacting Expedia I was told that this hotel did not operatre a policy of refund within 24 hours. Fair enough. HOWEVER, they did not offer the option of changing to a later date eitherl. I accept that this is their decision and they are entitled to keep the money but find it very shortshighted. […] When speakng to Expedia the hotel representative also said that they would not be paying the Expedia fee either. I wonder how helpful they would have been if I had been stuck in Vienna - I rather suspect that the hotel rate would have been increased! I would not recommend this hotel because of their unhelpful attitude. Beware, they are totally inflexible. "Close to centre"
I have stayed there for one night, so I could visit the city the next day. The Hotel has really many rooms and on a weekend night you have to wait at least 20-30 minutes to check in. Besides that the location is perfect, because you can walk within 10 minutes to the center.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

紹介に使われている写真は，恐らく建設当時のイメージ写真と思われます．実際は住宅街のど真ん中にあります．シェーンブルン宮殿の近くにありますが，あまり観光客が来る地域ではないようで，日本人だ！とひそひそ話される事が何度かありました．しかし，ホテルはキレイで清掃も行き届いており，水回りも問題なしでした．朝食もバランスがよくて美味しく，快適に過ごせました．部屋に大きな机があるのも非常に助かりました．日本の中級以上のホテル滞在を想定して頂いていいかと思います．空調は部屋に扇風機があるのみでしたが，夜は窓を開けると涼しかったので特段困りませんでした．値段とサービスのバランスが取れていると思います．Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Sauber, kreativ-modern eingerichtet und mit freundlichem Service. Zimmer und Bäder sind großzügig – einzige Nachteile: teilweise warm und laut (Hofzimmer reservieren!).
