Denisse, front desk agent was very kind in answering all of my questions about tourist attractions. Girl who checked me in, I forgot her name, sorry,... also gave me a warm welcome and provide me with information about my stay in Vienna, including maps with highlights of Vienna interesting cultural places. Stephan also provided us with outstanding customer service. We have an early check out, around 5:00 a.m. and he prepared a delicious cappuccino and helped us with the luggage when the taxi driver arrived at the hotel. Buffett breakfast was delicious with a variety of food. Modern rooms, with a nice rain shower head. The only drawback was the location to the nearest u-bahn station about 10 minutes walk but there is a bus stop in front of the hotel that can take you a couple of blocks away from the u-bahn station. I also enjoy the Rochusmarket a few blocks from the hotel. I will higly recommend this hotel and I will stay there in the future. Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Dec 3, 2012

Hotel Embassy is located outside of the tourist area, however it takes about a 5 to 7 min walk to the U metro station and another 10 minutes and you are in the central square. Very convenient hotel with many shops and bakeries nearby. Hotel has a great walk in shower which is rare in Europe. We had a corner room which was above average size for European […] standards. Very good location as bus stop is in front of hotel. Excellent receptionist service especially Annette who speaks very good English as is ver helpful and patient. The only thing I would improve is the airconditioning as it was not cool enough and the weather was quite hot.

Everything was fine. The staff is friendly and helpful. The greatest advantage for tourists is that the bus stop is right in front of the hotel and the underground train station is less than a kilometer from the hotel. It only takes 4-5 minutes by bus and the frequency is very good. We bought 72 hour Vienna passes that gave unlimited rides on buses […] and subways. It was great. Wir hatten letztes Jahr schon dort übernachtet und waren sehr beeindruckt. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Parksituation - uns wurde in der Nacht das Auto abgeschleppt. Am besten kommt man ohne Auto an. Ansonsten aber ein hervorragendes Hotel mit ausgezeichneter Ambiente.

hôtel bien placé. le personnel est super, les receptionistes , nickel. la chambre et le petit dej sont de qualité, la chambre est confortable et spacieuse. la salle debain avec une grande douche, un point fort. franchement le séjour est génial. je recommande cet hôtel aux vacanciers qui ne souhaitent pas se tromper dans leurs réservations;

Nyt hotel med lækkert værelse og badeværelse. Der er aircon på værelset. Det fungerer bare helt som det skal. Meget fin morgenbuffet. God central beliggenhed, men pas på med parkering af bil, der er max. på 2 timer i hele distriktet. Der skal betales p-afgift.

Hotellets facade syner ikke af meget, men hvad gør det, når det indvendige er i top! Dejligt serviceminded personale og en fungerende air condition, der sørgede for et behageligt tempereret værelse. Badeværelset var lækkert og sengen komfortabel. Rengøringen af værelset var upåklagelig og morgenmaden var fin med et rigeligt varieret udbud. Som med […] det meste af Wien var nabolaget rart at færdes i. Det eneste (meget lille) minus er en lille gåtur til nærmeste metrostation, som dog ikke er længere væk, end at vi er ude i petitesser!
