"Wonderful hotel"
Hotel is well maintained and convenient. I wish the staff would have told me about the air-conditioning restrictions in Vienna. Additionally I wish they would have told me about the correct breakfast start time on Saturday. The bed was REALLY comfortable, the building and the room are both very pleasing aesthetically from the inside. The staff were both professional and friendly. "Would stay again"
The hotel was convenient around 25 minutes from the airport by taxi (33 euros). Room was facing the road but not to noisy. Very warm, good shower and the buffet breakfast was also good. "Very good value for money"
This hotel is well run and offers very good value for money. The reception staff are well trained, and friendly as you would expect in a top ranking hotel. It is easy to get a taxi into the centre as these are provided by the hotel in 3 minutes, or to hire a city bike. We did not use public transport as we wanted quick travel to the centre. Our only […] issues were non-provision of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, we were only provided with a small bottle of shower gel each. When this ran out on the third day we had to ask reception for more which was a bit off. We stayed over Chistmas and really enjoyed ourselves. The accommodation was very good for its price and the buffet breakfast was a bonus! The only trouble we had was communicating in English with staff, but I guess that can be expected in Austria!! Would really reccommend for a cheap hotel in a good area!! Ездили вчетвером, останавливались на 2 ночи в 2 номерах. Все удовлетворены. Много разных магазинов (гастрономов, супермаркетов, магазинов одежды и пр.) вблизи, на доступном расстоянии метро, автобус перед гостиницей. Центр примерно в 40 минутах пешком по прямой. Вид на окружающие дома, но они ухоженные и красивые. Завтрак несколько однообразный, но […] приемлемый. Затруднение связано с парковкой: спуск в собственный подземный гараж узкий и с разворотом, удобно помещаются только малолитражки (мы ездили на универсале Opel Astra, но я не посмел заехать...). Приходится за те же деньги ставить машину через 3 квартала в обычном подземном паркинге, но всё устраивается через гостиницу. Персонал любезный. Чистота вполне нормальная. L'albergo si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro Rochusgasse, la posizione non è centrale, ma è possibile arrivare in centro con 4 fermate metro. E' comodissimo per andare all'aeroporto, perchè è a una sola fermata metro da Landstrasse (stazione in cui si può prendere il CAT che è il treno diretto per l'aeroporto). Con il CAT si arriva in […] 25 minuti al centro della città, basta fare il biglietto nel punto informazioni dell'aeroporto (conviene fare il biglietto A/R che permette di avere anche uno sconto sul prezzo di vendita). La Vienna Card è molto comoda, consente di usare tutti i mezzi pubblici e permette di ottenere sconti sia nei musei che in molti ristoranti e bar del centro (la Vienna Card consente di ottenere un'ulteriore riduzione sul prezzo dei biglietti del CAT, anch'essa può essere fatta nel punto informazione dell'aeroporto). L'albergo è nuovo e molto accogliente, il personale è gentile e disponibile e la colazione è ottima e abbondante. Abbiamo scelto di avere una camera ai piani alti perchè siccome affacciano tutte sulla strada, risulta essere più silenziosa. La pulizia è sufficiente, anche se potrebbe essere migliorata ( ma io sono molto pignola). La TV è satellitare e sono visibili solo Raiuno e Raidue (per noi non è stato un problema perchè non la guardiamo mai, ma per chi la ama forse lo è).
