Our expectations didn't prove to be right: room had very dirty carpet, buffet breakfast was mediocre, receptionists were rather rude and very uncooperative Since this was our first visit to Vienna, we lost a lot of time because of their incorrect directions. "Das Hotel liegt 20 min. zu Fuss zum Dom."
Es gab täglich neue Handtücher, auch die Betten wurden gemacht. Ansonsten sind Bad und WC unzureichend gereinigt wurden, eigentlich nur das Waschbecken. Es gibt keine WC-Bürste.Unser Duschkopf(kleiner zum abnehmen) war innen total verdreckt, sah aus wie Schmiere, Das war unter aller Sau. Nachdem ich das moniert und einen neuen Duschkopf verlangt habe, […] wurde dieser nur etwas gereingt. Dreckig war er danach immer noch. An einer Wand hatte jemand mit dem Schuh drangertreten.
