"Good location, but lousy room and service"
We had booked a de-luxe room and were given a miserable dark room wthout windows. Staff showed absolutely no interest or willingness to do something about it. The hotel has a very good location, but avoid it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Service und Freundlichkeit des Personals wie zu erwarten optimal. Schönes K+K Ambiente. Wirkt aber etwas verstaubt. Hier sollte dringend investiert werden. Füssböden, Vorhänge. Betten sind für diesen Standard nicht genügend. Einfache Bettgestelle, Einzelbetten noch dazu welche eher jugendliche Bettaktivitäten nur unter Inkaufnahme von Absturzgefahren […] in der Mitte zulassen. Das Managements sollte sich nur eine Nacht im SAS Style einmieten um zu sehen, wie Betten sein müssen. Ansonsten Bettwäsche, Schränke, Bad, Zimmergrösse: Alles optimal. Internet für 19 Euro am Tag indiskutabel (siehe SAS: weltweit free). Internet kostet heute nichts mehr. Insoferne ist das Abzocke. Frühstück sehr gut in schönem Ambuiente. Wenn ich allerdings kurz vor Abreise noch enen Kaffee und ein Croissant für 2 a la Carte bestelle dann möchte ich nicht 2 x den Pauschalbetrag für das Frühstück auf der Rechnung sehen. Resumé: Einige leicht abzustellende Unzulänglichkeiten, mittelfristig eine Gesamtrenovierung zu empfehlen, jedoch dennoch eine sehr schöne Location für einen Wien - Besuch.
