This was a great hotel for a few days away. We had a fantastic junior suite which made for a great room. The location was right in the heart of Vienna and could not of been better located if you tried. "Great location and very hospitable"
We arrived to our hotel early and were pleasantly suprised to know that our room was ready for check in. Located within walking distance to everything in this beautiful city. One of the smaller christmas markets is a stone throw away. The hotel staff were polite and attentive. Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel room on the web and the hotel room you receive is not the same and the room is does have air con but it doesn't work in winter. Das Hotel liegt herrlich mitten im 1.Bezirk, 3 Gehminuten von der Hofburg und 8 Gehminuten zum Stephansdom. Trotzdem ist man dort verhältnismäßig ruhig untergebracht. Nur: Eine eigene Hotelgarage gibt es nicht, das Parken kostet 31 € pro Tag. So haben wir für 5 Tage über 150 € Parkgebühren bezahlt. Das gesamte Hotel und die Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet. […] Das Personal ist super-freundlich. Die Minibar, eine Überraschung, kostet dagegen gar nichts. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas besser sein, aber genüg vollständig normalen Ansprüchen. Okay hotel - super beliggenhed i i gåafstand til et væld af seværdigheder. Venligt og servicemindet personale. Værelset havde en okay størrelse og indretning. Gratis minibar, der dagligt blev fyldt med sodavand og én øl. Under overfladen dog lidt mindre godt vedligeholdt - lampeskærm med hul i, hul i væggen i brusekabinen, kæmpe kalk-rande i badeværelset, […] der tydeligvis ikke var blevet gjort rent helt i bund lang tid. En del larm på værelset fra vejen - en anden gang vil jeg absolut bede om et værelse mod en af de mindre trafikerede sidegader. God morgenmad - men absolut i den dyre ende. Vi spiste aftensmad i restauranten uden at blive særligt begejstrede... Ellers behageligt sted - sauna, motinscenter, badekåber osv. Alt i alt et rimeligt tilbud, når pris og vurdering sammenholdes.
