"Hotel was OK."
The location was great but the hotel service and room was OK. The bed and pillows were hard, the rain shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and our room faced the street and it was loud. The hotel staff recommended some good places to eat but checking in and out of the hotel was not a pleasant experience.Genuine Expedia guest review
"NOT A 5 STAR"
We lovede the location of this hotel and it would have been great value for the price paid. However, reception service was curt and at times a bit gruff. Hotel breakfast was very good, but once again service was lacking. Here they tried but lacking staff. If they can clean up their service, I would recommend.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

フロントデスクが二つしかないので、チェックインやチェックアウトに手間がかかることもあるでしょうが、スタッフは親切丁寧なので、あまり不快感をともないません。 朝食なしでも、目の前のcafe centralで美味しい朝食を食べられますし、何よりも観光に最高です。 今回の部屋は、机の中に前泊者の食べ残したチーズが入ったままになっていて、それが唯一不満ですが、それ以外は清潔だったので、欧州では標準的な清潔度がたもたれていたといえます。 ただ、最終チェックを怠っていただけ(ただ、わざわざ机のなかまでみるのは難しいでしょう)ですけど、相当臭かったので、掃除では点数を下げました。しかし、それ以外は非常によいホテルでした。Genuine Expedia guest review
"Wurde dem Anspruch an ein 5*Hotel nicht gerecht"
Am Tag der Anreise funktionierte das Internet im Hotelzimmer nicht. Trotz mehrmaliger Reklamation, konnte dieser Mangel bis zur Abreise nicht behoben werden; stattdessen verwies man uns auf den Internetzugang am Computer im Business-Raum. Auch dieser funktionierte beim ersten Anlauf nicht, da der Zugang bei allen drei Codes verweigert wurde, was bei […] Reklamation an der Rezeption keinen verwunderte (Codes werden abgetippt und per Hand auf kleine Zettelchen geklebt). Die Tastatur des Computers war klebrig vor Schmutz und einfach nur ekelhaft. Trotz (störend lauter!) Klimaanlage war der Raum nicht warm zu kriegen - es zog durch die Fenster herein, die Heizkörper konnten nicht manuell geregelt werden. Der Boden im Bad war unter der Klobürste großflächig verkalkt, in der Dusche war in einigen Fugen Schimmel. Trotz Bestellung eines in der Zimmerspeisekarte angebotenen Käsetellers wurde zwei Mal eine in der Karte nicht ausgezeichnete Käseplatte zu fast dem doppelten Preis boniert. Nach Reklamation des mangelhaften Internetzugangs, der Raumtemperatur und des falsch bonierten Zimmersevice' wurde uns beim Auschecken zunächst mitgeteilt, dass wenn einmal eine Bestellung boniert ist, man da nichts machen könne. "alles wichtige zu Fuß erreichbar, tolles Gebäude"
Die Lage und das Gebäude entsprechen den 5 Sternen. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen. U-Bahn in der Nähe, Hofburg, span. Hofreitschule, Einkaufsstrasse direkt vor der Tür. Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Auch das Badezimmer wäre wirklich schön, jedoch hat man sich wohl schon lange nicht mehr richtig um die Zimmer […] gekümmert. Im Badezimmer sind in der Dusche mehrere Fliesen ausgebrochen, diese wurden mit Silikon schlampig befestigt und hängen nun schmutzig von der Wand. Die restlichen Fugen haben schwarze Schimmelspuren. Die Glastüre zur Dusche, die Fliesen um das Waschbecken und die Amaturen wurden schon länger nicht mehr richtig geputzt. Folge: Alles verkalkt. "Radisson Blu Style Hotel, Vienna"
During my stay at this hotel the only positive thing was the service in the hotel bar. Checking in was smooth and the service ok. During my stay the following things happend: 1. At 2 am one night I had to change rooms since it was raining in. 2. One afternoon, when I came back to the hotel, I found the door to my room open, a master-key was in the […] key/lightswitch holder. It was obviuos house keeping had forgetten this. When I went down to the reception they told me house keeping had left for the day. The room was at this time not cleaned properly. 3. The next day when I came back to the room another masterkey was forgetten in my room and the room was still not cleaned properly. This time when I went down to the reception they had to send house keeping to my room again to clean. 4. The only form for compensation I was offered after all this was some free drinks in the bar. I tried to talk to a manager about all problems that occured during my stay but evertime I tried no one was to be found.
