Squeezed onto an elongated island between the Danube Canal and the main river channel, Leopoldstadt was the centre of Vienna’s Jewish community from the early 17th century until the Holocaust. The Strauss, Freud, and Mahler families all had homes here at various times. Most visitors flock to the Prater funfair, which has a Riesenrad (large ferris wheel).

Nos hospedamos em quarto triplo por 5 dias. O quarto era excelente e limpo. Havia lido a respeito de não trocarem as toalhas, mas isso não é verdade, pois no informativo dele é pedido para quando quiser a troca deixá-las no chão. Hissillä pääsi metroon hotellin ovelta. Rauhallinen ja turvallinen ympäristö. Lentokentältä tulevalla edullisella junalla pääsi yhden metropysäkin päässä olevalle Praterin asemalle.
