Centrally located to visit different parts of the city with only a couple stops on the tram or on the metro. Large, clean and comfortable rooms that are not overly furnished. Staff was very helpful with accommodations, parking and providing directions. Parking was very nice and reasonably priced.

For getting around the city, this hotel does the trick. The neighborhood is so so but the hotel is well kept. The bar next door (Mariahilferbrau) has excellent food and service. I stayed at Tourotel for 3 consecutive nights in Aug '11. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.The reason why I chose this hotel was the decent rate and the close proximity to the train station. The location is very convenient to the train station which connects to other major cities, 10-15 walk to the shopping district, lots of cheap and good restaurants […] and coffee shops nearby , and mini grocery stores. It is 4 stops away from the main city. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to visit Vienna. The room is clean, spacious, and quiet. The bathroom is pretty decent with a nice shower head. The bed, which is two twin beds pushed together is comfortable. I just wished they had an extra pillow for when you want to elevate your legs after an all day walk in the city. The only downside with this hotel is the Wi-Fi. You have to go down to the lobby, where the signal is, and ask for the password which is good for 30mins use/ day. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Read more

This hotel is old, but clean. The building is very charming, with pretty staircases. Free internet in lobby was nice; didn't really want to deal with taking my laptop across the world. We stayed at the Tourotel for 3 nights to visit the Vienna Xmas Markets and doing some sight seeing. The hotel is perfectly placed as it's so close to Vienna West train station for easily getting around. The only thing we'd have to say was odd, was the fact you don't get a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities automatically in your room. Instead […] you had to pay a 10euro deposit for the kettle! I m pretty certain no one would steal a kettle and had never seen that before in a hotel! I also had a really snooty receptionist tell me they couldn't lend us any cups as 'they'd run out' who looked at me with utter disgust. The hotel didn't warrant that attitude at all… and it was clearly a lie. The rooms are also due a refurbishment. Nevertheless apart from that cretin the other receptionists were helpful and it's pretty good value for money. We also didn't see any of the prostitutes outside that other reviews have mentioned. Me and my boyfriend recently visited Vienna for a long weekend. We had 3 nights in Tourotel Mariahilf and were really pleased with our choice of hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious and we had very decent sleep because it was nice and quiet too. It was certainly great value for money; nothing grand but everything you need for a comfortable, pleasant […] stay. We didn't have the 8 euro buffet breakfast as there was an amazing bakery/cafe opposite which we ate in every morning. The location was brilliant - really close to the station which makes it really quick to get to the centre of Vienna and it didn't take long getting to Shronbunn Palace from here either. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I go back to Vienna would consider staying here again unless we found another hotel just as good but cheaper. Read more

Tiene buenas conexiones con el metro para llegar al centro y pasa un tranvía justo enfrente(aunque no va directo al centro sí te deja en la parada de metro que está a cinco minutos andando). El hotel es enorme, la habitación y el baño también, además tiene secador. La limpieza es muy buena. Olimme kahteen otteeseen yötä hotellissa. Ensimmäisellä kerralla huone oli hieman likainen, mutta muuten ihan ok hintaan nähden. Toinen huone oli isompi ja mukavampi vaikka huoneluokka oli sama. Siinä oli myös kylpyamme, jota ei kuitenkaan saanut tulpan rikkinäisyyden takia käytettyä ammeena. Useammasta kohtaa hotellia huomasi hotellin hieman vanhentuneen […] eikä remontteja ole viitsitty kummemmin tehdä. Hotellista oli ehkä 10min kävelymatka Westbahnhofille mistä pääsi kätevästi metrolla ympäri kaupunkia. ホテルの周辺にはスーパーや飲食店も多数あり、西駅、地下鉄駅からも10分以内と近く、とても利便性の良いホテルだと思います。 部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせましたが、他の利用者も書いていたように、部屋の鍵を開けるのはコツが必要です。 私は飛行機の遅延でウィーン到着が遅れたため、ホテル到着が午前0時を過ぎてしまいました。 遅れることを連絡していなかったため、入口の鍵は掛かっておりチェックインできるか心配でしたが、帰ろうとしていた従業員の方にお願いしてチェックインしてもらいました。 ウィーンカード購入時も使い方の説明など、親切に対応していただきました。 とても利便性の良いホテルなので、是非利用してみて下さい。

フロントのスタッフがスペイン人だが、 英語も話せるので、とても助かった。 毎日ホテルを出るときや戻るときは必ずちょっとした立ち話をしていたので、楽しかった。 部屋も清潔で、快適だった。 ウィーンの西駅というところからいろいろなところに行くのも簡単に行けるので、便利な場所だった。

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr zufrieden, das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, es war sehr ruhig, die Leute an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich, somit war alles bestens. Was ein bissl doof war, war daß der Aufzug nur bis in den zweiten Stock fährt, so daß erst einen längeren Fußweg bis zu den nächsten Stiegen hat und dann diese noch bis […] in den dritten Stock hinauflaufen muß. Aber das war mir immer noch lieber als ein Zimmer weiter unten, weil einem dann die Leute über dem Kopf rumknarzen. Hat also schon gepaßt. Als ein wenig störend empfand ich auch das Brummen das entstand wenn man den Strom andrehte, daher hab ich nachts das Karterl aus dem Schlitz genommen damit Ruhe war. Damit hatte ich natürlich auch kein Licht aber das Häusl war ja nicht weit ;-) Eine Minibar wäre auch fein gewesen, aber man kann ja nicht alles haben. Der Fernseher ist ziemlich klein, leider, da bin ich von anderen Hotels jetzt sehr verwöhnt, die einem alle diese großen Flachbildschirme hinstellen - aber vielleicht kommt das noch? Hotelli siisti ja hyvien kulkuyhteyksien päässä. Lähimmälle metroasemalle noin 5 min kävely. Hotellin henkilökunta ystävällistä ja kielitaitoista. Huoneet siistejä mutta ilmastointi puuttuu. Aamupala ei kuulunut hintaan ja 10 € / hlö on aika kallis hinta aamupalasta...vaikkakin aamupala oli monipuolinen.

Ravintoloita ja ostosmahdollisuudet samalla kadulla. Raitsikkapysäkki oli heti hotellin vieressä ja lyhyt matka Westbahnhofin juna-, linja-auto- ja maanalaisasemalla. Mielestäni hotellihuone oli kolmen tähden tasoa eikä neljän, mutta oli siistiä, hyvä suihku ym.

accueil très correct, un petit bémol sur les odeurs de fumeurs dans les couloirs et l'environnement de l'hôtel avec les prostituées. Excellente chambre mais nous aurions préféré un lit double au lieu d'un lit jumeau et nous n'avons pas eu le choix.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Mariahilfer Str. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Straßenbahn-Haltestelle oder nur wenige Meter weiter die U- und S-Bahn Station Westbahnhof. Von hier aus kann man in kürzester Zeit alle Ziele in Wien erreichen. Im direkten Umfeld gibt es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel selbst ist ein schön […] renovierter Altbau mit hohen Decken. Unser Zimmer war sehr gräumig (auch das Bad) und insgesamt gut und modern ausgestattet (sogar LCD-Fernseher vorhanden). Auch sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist recht groß, wobei die meisten Zimmer abseits der Straße zu einem Art Innenhof hin liegen. Hier scheint sich eine Terasse des Hotelrestaurants zu befinden, die aber zu dieser Jahreszeit geschlossen war. Allgemein ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Read more
