Garden-courtyard tables under tall trees for warm-weather dining. Serves traditional Viennese cuisine and snack foods. Open for Continental breakfast, and à la carte lunch and dinner. Take-away window open late morning to late night.
Hire bicycles are stationed outside underground stations, including the Westbanhnhof station 500 metres from the hotel.
Hiking and jogging trails, a golf course, a public swimming pool, and an amusement park featuring a 200-foot Ferris wheel are among the attractions in the vast Prater park established by Emperor Joseph II in 1766. The park begins five kilometres from the hotel, and there is an underground station (Prater) near the amusement park.

Firstly, only 30 minutes access to the wifi per 24 hours was embarrassing in this era. So called queen bed is like tiny bed for patients in hospitals, barely one can lay down. Very small room without air-condition, or fan. That was extremely hot inside until midnight which was very uncomfortable. Neighborhood seems to be street girls area, embarrassing. "I would go back only if it's cleaner"
The reception desk was helpful, however one of the ladies was not too friendly. The gentleman was very nice, friendly and always helpful. The housekeeping lady barely came to clean my room. I had to ask three time for new towels and an extra pelow. The room had dustbites which the morning of my last stay, I broke out with hives, which I went to the […] pharmcy near by so I can get something for the itching and the pharmacist told me there were dust-bites. I had go to the airport so I had no time to notify the hotel recepitionist. The housekeeping lady needs to clean each and every room, dust, change bed sheets, vacuume, clean the bathrooms & change towels on daily basis. For the price I got, I felt it was a good value. The good features were: (a) the price, (b) nearness to transportation (Westbahnhof - railway station and underground stop where a bus to the airport stops), (c) good breakfast - though not included in my rate, (d) room was good sized and bathroom was large and newly renovated. A few criticisms: (a) mattress/bed […] were nothing special, (b) 1/2 hour per day free internet from a computer in the lobby was available but the browser version was so old it was almost unusable and the staff said it could not be updated, (c) one morning there was no hot water and the staff were more defensive than apologetic and offered no compensation or alternative. Not luxury, but offers solid comfort. I got a really good rate through hotels.com, 50% lower than listed price in the hotel. Rooms were very clean. Good bed and good bathroom. Other facilities not quite so great: very small TV and no kettle. Weird locks on the door. Friendly staff. Very close to the West Bahnhof, which is also a U-Bahn station, walking […] distance to the main shopping street. Having read the reviews with mixed opinions, I was a little concerned about the true state of things in Tourotel Vienna. I was positively surprised with the conditions in my standard single room: the room was almost 20 sq.m., with two beds in it, the bathroom was clean and very large as well. The room was very clean, and service was ok. The furniture […] was ok but past its prime, while the TV set was small and not modern (although in an empty room next door I saw a TV set with an LCD screen). However, I don't watch TV in hotels at all, and that did not bother me at all. As other reviewers already noted, the only bizarre thing for me was cheap Chinese bulbs. But if you take into account all the positive things about this hotel - and first of all, a very cheap price and a great location (3-5 minutes from a Westbahnhof station) - bulbs did not bother me too much... My colleagues who rented a room in another 4-star hotel were envious - they paid almost 3 times more and our rooms were almost the same! 仕事で6泊しましたが、非常に快適に過ごせました。リクエストでエレベーターの使える階、中庭の見える部屋、バスタブのある部屋とお願いしました。そのとおりのシングルにしては十分な広さの部屋でした。ウィーン西駅から徒歩圏内でスーパーも近くにいくつかあり（19:00くらいまであいている）、また西駅でも買い物できます。アメニティは少ないですが、部屋は清潔にしてあり、快適に過ごすことができました。冷蔵庫はありませんが、外が寒いので窓に出していました。ホテル目の前を走る路面電車でシェーンブルン宮殿に行けますし、リンク内にも地下鉄ですぐです。西駅では空港へのバスが出ていますので、旅に適している宿だと思います。鍵は一回目だけなかなか難しかったですが、一度コツをつかむと全く問題はありませんでした。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Das Hotel ist an für sich super. Ein großes Minus bekommt es für die Möglichkeit des Eincheckens. Es war nicht möglich, das Zimmer vor 14 Uhr zu beziehen. "Sehr enttäuscht - Nicht zu empfehlen"
Die Matratze war furchtbar (weil wohl billig) und ich bin am Morgen mit starken Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht. Es war trotz Heizkörper auf höchster Stufe sehr kalt im Zimmer. In der Dusche waren in den Fugen schwarze Schimmelflecken zu sehen. Der Lift ging nur bis zum 2. Stock - um in mein Zimmer in den 3. Stock zu gelangen, musste ich mein Gepäck über […] steile Treppen selbst hinauftraen. Mein Resümee: Für eine Nacht ist das gerade noch zu ertragen, aber ich würde das Hotel trotz nur 5 Minuten Gehzeit zum Westbahnhof definitiv nicht weiter empfehlen. Das hotel liegt vom West Bahnhof Wien nur 4 Minuten zum Fuß entfernt und es gibt ganz in der Nähe auch einen Supermarkt. Vor dem Hotel gibt ein Dafé, wo man gut frühstücken kann und da kann man auch gute Bio-Brot oder ganz leckerer Kuchen bekommen. Die Mitarbeitern sind alle sehr nett und man kann alles einfach fragen. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und […] sehr ruhig. Die Bäume im Hof war sehr beruhigend und man kann fast nicht glauben, dass das Hotel in Mittel der Stadt liegt.
