Wonderful clean and neat hotel that has easy access to museums and surrounding areas. My room was clean and neat with a comfortable bed. Internet access... was free and could be through LAN or wifi. Staff was very helpful and kind. My luggage was lost and they were very helpful in providing the things they could (plug converter!), as well as great directions to local shops so I could purchase clothes (had to give a presentation). Charmloses Businesshotel mit sehr gutem und freundlichem Service. Mein Zimmer war eher klein und das Badezimmer von der Grösse her eine Zumutung. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für mich eher nicht.
