We have included all charges provided to us by this hotel. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.
Most travellers to Vienna will spend the majority of their time exploring the Innenstadt (centre). Neatly circumscribed by the Ringstrasse, this area is largely pedestrianised, with quaint cobbled streets and medieval squares. The city's focal point is the Gothic spire of the Stephansdom and key attractions include the huge Hofburg palace and the Spanish Riding School.

Strongly advise Families with small kids to stay away (try Intercontinental). Ambiguous child policies may force you to book a separate room for kids. We called the front desk before booking if they'd allow 2 small children to stay with us. We were told to book the Deluxe room and if the kids shared one extra rollaway, then we'd be fine. So we booked […] the Deluxe (more expensive than standard room). Upon arrival, the checkin lady refused. Wanted us to purchase 2 rooms, or upgrade to Suite (VERY expensive). Said the fire code only allowed 3. I told her even if I purchase 2 rooms, kids will sleep with us - they're too small to sleep by themselves. She says that's perfectly fine. If fire code does not allow, why'd she be okay? She didn't budge so we paid for the extra room which we never used. Later, I asked the Night manager to show me the formal written child/fire-code policy. He said there isn't one available but promised to provide later. A day later, I was told there's nothing written, its just an unwritten policy. I was told the Suite also only allowed 3, though sometimes they don't strictly enforce since its larger. So is enforcement at the discretion of the checkin person? What basis? Hope my being an East Indian-American had nothing to do with it. Maybe the person who advised me to get the Deluxe was using his discretion? A 5 star hotel should find a way for small kids to sleep with parents. Fortunately, I kept my family shielded so they enjoyed Vienna. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
