"Great place but - no air conditioning...."
Stayed twice for one night each in a week at the start and end of our holiday. Only point of criticism apart from the lack of air conditioning, was that we were in room 106 for the second night and because of the heat, we left the window open (into the central court yard) so were woken at 6am by staff starting the day & then sounds of washing up for […] the next few hours. "Hotel mit Wiener Charme in idealer Lage"
Die Zimmer sind sehr unterschiedlich - unser vom Personal als Upgrade angepriesenes Zimmer? (es war von uns sowieso Comfort gebucht) war abgewohnt, mit Fenster in einen Lichtschacht neben dem Fahrstuhl im 4. Stock. Nach Beschwerde wurde uns ein sehr schönes, renoviertes Zimmer mit reizendem Balkon angeboten. Leider lässt die die Gründlichkeit des Reinigungspersonals […] zu wünschen übrig. Einmal wurde gar nicht geputzt, der Teppichboden wohl sehr selten gesaugt. Gefrühstückt haben wir für den halben Preis in den schönen Wiener Kaffeehäusern. Eines ist gleich um die Ecke.
