The hotel is really convenient to public transport, but expect to spend at least 10-20 minutes on the transport to get anywhere touristy in the ring.... There are multiple tram lines that essentially go right in front of the hotel, and the metro is just a short 4-5 minute walk from the hotel. The decor of the hotel common areas was nice, but the room decor was nothing special. The beds seem to need updating as the mattresses sunk quite a bit. The staff were really friendly and ready to help us with any request. The only odd thing was that the maids came before 9:00 in the morning for housekeeping. Luckily one of us was awake to quickly put the do not disturb sign up- it just seemed a tad early to be knocking on the guests' doors. Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Nov 11, 2012

Cheap and cheerful hotel with spacious rooms. The hotel staff managed to loose our car keys which were later found and they gave us a free nights stay to apologise. Very central to the rest of Vienna witha station and tram service right across the road.

Leuk hotel in Weense stijl net buiten het centrum. De city bikes zijn en goede en snelle manier om snel naar het centrum te komen. De vrouw aan de receptie was zeer behulpzaam bij het regelen van de fietsen. Mooi hotel met rustige kamers. Het ontbijtbuffet had iets uitgebreider mogen zijn voor een viersterrenhotel maar was verder prima.

Dejligt hotel, beliggende tæt på sporvogn og supermarked. Mange spise muligheder i nærheden. Dejlig stille og roligt om natten, ingen gadestøj på trods af hotellet ligger så tæt på byen. Fin morgen buffet. God service overalt, alle personaler var meget hjælpsomme og flinke. Absolut et hotel vi kan anbefale.

Prachtig hotel, buiten centrum gelegen, maar heel goed openbaar vervoer (tram, metro) in de buurt. Wij zijn een paar keer van en naar het centrum gelopen, ook goed te doen als je een beetje van lopen houdt. Verder rustige buurt met restaurantjes en supermarkt tegenover hotel. Hotel was heel goed verzorgd en vriendelijk personeel. Enig minpuntje was […] dat we twee ochtenden geen warm water hadden. Dit werd wel iedere keer snel opgelost. Kortom, een aanrader! Read more
