The hotel as a building and location is far below our expectations. It is categorized as a five star design hotel but I have to say that that is just an average two or three star hotel. Negative: -The hotel design is extremely minimalistic that you do not feel staying in a five star hotel. -The rooms are very small. -The bathroom as a whole is very […] poor and old fashioned. Nothing works properly. -The housekeeping is not doing their job efficiently. For example they took the dirty towels but did not put the new ones! -The hotel is exactly 20 minutes by walk from the city center, not 5 or 10 minutes. Also, you may not feel comfortable around the hotel area if you arrive late. Positive: -The staff are extremely helpful. They are always there and help you for everything. -The breakfast is okey -Internet in the rooms are perfect. -Complimentary chocolates are nice. "Great location and staff but not impressed with the lack of amenities"
The hotel staff were very friendly and didn't mind speaking English. The hotel was in a great location, especially if you just wanted to walk to see an Opera. I did think the Apple TV/Internet was a neat option. The room was spacious and clean but I really disliked that they only give you one full pillow and a single sized blanket for a king sized bed. […] I was also disappointed that there was no alarm clock or a good selection of tv stations. The Apple TV/Internet was pretty neat. ...bekamen leider ein zimmer mit sehr kleinen fenstern, nur oberlichten wie im keller, ohne balkon. keine hausschuhe im zimmer, wurden uns von der rezeption versprochen, dann jedoch nicht gebracht. störung durch zwei zimmermädchen die die minibar vom vorgast kontrollieren mußten. service und zimmer für ein 5 sternehotel weitaus nicht ausreichend...
